Poor you! Can't you phone your local Environmental Protection Agency - if the music is too loud it's considered Noise Pollution & they'll get them to turn it down!

Hmm, dont feel much better after that!
It's 10:50pm. Since about 8pm my neighbours have had their music on SO loud. Louder than they normally do. It's getting louder and louder.
I've got my bedroom window open as it's so hot tonight and I can hear music as well from another house down the road.
I've got a fly flying around my bedroom and it seems to be attracted to me and flying very close to me.

Do you know the number for your local community bobby, OR could you not just pop around and tell them the music is disturbing you and the kids and ask them to turn it down.
If you are like me I hate confrontation with people, but the times I've had to do it, it does turn out for the better, as the people really don't realise what they are doing or how it is affecting others. And if nobody tells them it was too loud tonight then next time it might be louder and they still stupidly think its OK as nobody has complained.
