if hes on benefits he pays between 2-50 (that what i get ) or 5 pounds if yor ex is on benefits ....

if you Yourself are  on benefits eg income support yourself   you get to keep this... and anything up to 20 a week (from end october) if he starts work ....

They will take £5 a week off his benefits to give to you if your working if your not you wont get it.

just wonderd if there are others who have split from their partner...but he is on benefits?  if so, how does he support your children??

we have split up but still living together (tricky) but soon will be living separately.....anyone been in that situation also>>>?
