hi i came off it may 07 didn't get a period till sept 07 but then i had my rod out 4 weeks ago and went on the mini pill on monday and got a period today.

It can take up to a year for your periods to come back and get back to normal.

I would welcome any advice here. I came off the injection 2 1/2 months ago and my periods still havnt returned. To anyone who has had the injections, how long should this usually take? I was quite concerned last week and took a pregnancy test, which was negative. Any advice?
whatsthe 'best' one to have?? injection/rod/etc. i dont want to have periods as we go swimming alot and i dont wanna go go on pill (even tho it tastes nice :P) as it didnt work for me ... the proofs running around the room haha
