lol one tip I would give is to keep loads for the vegetarian..often it so happens meat-eaters eat both the type of food and there is hardly any left fo rthe veggie...lol...like pp said there is a huge veg selection nowadays.

you can buy all sorts nowadays ind mini cheese & onion rolls, pizza puffs, vol u vonts with various veggie fillings, quiches, pates, dips, rice salads, you will get more choice with homemade items but theres still a good selection in the shops,
Depending on how strict a vegetarian they are you might want to look at keeping the food on a seperate section as meat eaters dont tend to think about cross contanimation, also if they are very fussy they might not even eat as they could be unsure how its been prepared, ie were the cheese sandwiches prepared straight after the ham sandwiches without washing hands and using the same knife etc.

It depends on what sort of veggie because some just don't eat red meat, others don't eat fish.
I would check what they do eat first
What about:
*Tuna, sweetcorn and mayonaise or
*Pasta tubes with rocket, cubes of mozzarella and cherry tomotoes halfed with a drizzle of olive oil
*Salad is a good one cos there is a big variety
*Cheese and crackers
*Substitute meats (quorn products)
*Potatoes
*Savoury rice or cous-cous
*A variety of breads

I was going to do sald with new potatos, french stick, plate of meats, pickles, bowl of cheeses.
