Hi everyone,
What a lovely day today, weather was fantastic. Met my aunty today she is looking after my cousins twin girls who are Jacob's age. We walked for miles and then had a pub lunch which all the children behaved which was a bonus.
Kerry, glad your mum is tolerating the chemo, and fingers crossed for MIL tomorrow. What a stressful time?
Isabella was up all night with a tummy ache. So I am hoping tonight will be better.
I hope all the babies are behaving and giving you mummies a bit of a rest. Accept all the help nyou can, even if it is someone doing your washing.
Right, think I'm going to have to the machone over because hubby wants to put things on e-bay.

Afternoon Ladies!
Lu i hope you are feeling better, i'm sure your BP will sort itself out soon. Both you and Louise are making me feel broody. What lovely pics.
I hope things go well for your mum next week Rhonda. My mum seems to be tolerating her new chemo quite well, and we find out what is happening with Darren's mum tomorrow when she sees her consultant.
Well, i haven't seen much of Darren whilst he has been on CID. He has been doing so much overtime, even going in on restdays. He is due to return to section next week, but is on a big job, so we'll have to see. Kylan has been doing her mock SAT's this week, but is off school today ill. High temp and headaches. Apparently it's a virus. And Caden is finally starting to talk - Hooray!!!!
As for me .... not really been upto much, just the usual. Cooking, cleaning, blah, blah blah.
Hope everyone else is happy and well.

Hi all,
Been at work all day and quite tired now.
Lou your little man looks lovely in the pictures. I hope you are feeling a little better, nothing worse than the pain. I had to have lots of baths to ease the pain and I got some herbal tabs from Boots to help. If you are interested will find out the name of it. Not sure if it was any help, but was desperate at the time.
Louise, thanks for asking my mum has an appointment next Friday so might get a few more answers then. I hope you're no in too much pain.
Our neighbours house is sold! Mix feelings about it. Shocked by how much they were selling it for.
Right, Isabella is being a right one tonight. I hope your little men sleep to give you a break. Speak tomorrow.

I hope everyone is enjoy the Easter Holidays. I'm worn out mentally and physically. I think I need some time away.
Louise your little man looks gorgeous, I hope the pain isn't too bad.
Lou, do you have any pictures of your little man, and I hope you're not in too much pain. I was trouble with Jacob, but a lot easier with Isabella.
Rosy, Is it easy to book Christenings and what to you need, and have to do? I want both ours christened, was going to do it last year but the chaplin we want suddenly died, so left it. I haven't got a clue where to start. Also god parents?
Hubby is trying to fix his brakes on his car. Has just come in and taken mine. I feel it is going to be a long evening.

Hi,
How are the new babies and mums doing? hope your getting enough rest!
My little oliver is fast asleep,he wouldnt go to sleep last night and he had to get up at 7ish this morning to take daniel to school so hes having a longer nap than normal.I dont mind though as i can catch up on the internet!
Daniel had a dentist come to his school this morning, hes doing a dental survey of 5 years olds teeth anyway daniels were fine, phew! He still wont eat any of his easter eggs though,he thinks by saving them he'll end up with more,he counts them everyday and says that hes expecting another two of someone!! funny boy!
Well ive eventually booked olivers christening! i cant believe ive took so long! daniel was 9 months when he was done but i was determined to get ollie done before he was 2! anyway its on 27th april. Were going on holiday to spain for 2 weeks in may so it had to be done before then anyway.
Hope everyones ok,ill be back on later when ive done everything! bye xxx

Congratulations Louise on the birth and safe arrival of Oliver - what a lovely name!! Hope you are all doing well and settle quickly into a new life together.
Dh is on his late turn tonight so in about midnight - clocks go forward an hour tonight so really he will get in at 1am.

Had my interview for investigator last week and that went really well and and should hear by end of next week if I have got the job. Also I am waiting to see if I have got an interview for Volume crime scene examiner role too. I used to be an officer on intervention before I had the girls and would love to get back in the environment but don't want to go back to being a pc. I think things change when you have kids and also dh is a sgt so shifts will be awkward.
Hope all of you have a lovely weekend.x

Congratulations Louise.
He really did want to come didn't he. Glad all went well & you're back home. Our boys are only a week apart! Hope you're managing to get some rest. I'm in enough pain with stitches down below so can't imagine what it's like after a section. Take care. Lu x

Hello everyone!!
Well Oliver William arrived earlier than was expected on Wednesday 26 th March, decided he couldn't wait until this Monday!!
early hours of Wed my waters went so woke Danny up who went to get my mum and bring her over and of we went to the hospital. Was monitored everything ok cervix still closed, told I would have section that day. So Danny went home for sleep and I went to the ward. Soon labour pains started and were getting quite strong so I ended up being the first section of the day and Oliver was born at 10.42am weighing 8lb 6oz. He is georgeous (not biased!!) . After being told he was going to be big his weight was a bit of a shock!! even the midwives and surgeon were shocked, later on in the day the midwife came over to the ward and said she had just looked at my placenta and she hadn't seen one that big in a while!!! Recovered alot beter than the other 2 this time - stil sore but they sent me home yesterday having stitches out on Mon. Going to upload some photos later or tomorrow.
I'm off now Amelia is at a party and Danny and Daniel are at the fish farm so going to have a rest whilst Oliver has decided to chill!!
Will catch up with your posts later but hope everyone is okay xxx

Evening Ladies,
Congratulations Lu on the birth of Samuel. Hope your bp sorts itself out. x
Congratulations Louise! Waiting for details!! x
Well, i've been away from here because, my mum is ill - tamoxifen stopped working, so she is now going back onto chemo. Mother-in-law also ill and feeling very low. She is worried about who will care for her if she gets worse, and is also worried about her hospital appointment next week when she might also have to have chemo again. And finally my ongoing legal case about my house is gaining pace, so have been dealing with solicitors. (could really do without that). Also have not been feeling well myself, and have been having trouble sleeping. At least the kids are ok.
I hope you are all well! Fantastic news about the new arrivals. Daz and i have decided we want another baby, but timing is not good at the moment.
Hi Simone, i hope to catch up with you soon, but i have had a quick read through the posts and glad to hear that Kian is ok after recent scare.
So, Rhonda you're becoming a bike widow then. I sometimes become an x-box widow, although recently Daz has been spending all his time at work.
Rosy, glad to hear Oliver is coping well with his leg. Kids seem to cope a lot better than we would!
We are skint too this month Linda (MOT and service). I sometimes wonder if cars are really worth it. .......Hmmm, maybe they are! I am lost without it.
Right that's it for now (Can you tell i'm in a rush!!!) Just wanted to catch up with you all.
Take care
Kerry.xx

HI There,
Your labour sounds good Lou, a pity about the BP. I hope it is all sorted now.
Yes, Louise had her baby yesterday, but I will let her tell you all the details when she comes home.
I don't think there is any more babies now for a time.
Been to the Zoo today, so all are worn out.
I hope everyone is ok.

hi all,
thought i'd post my birth story whilst i've got a couple of minutes.
on the tues the community midwife came to do my bp which was really high so she sent me for monitoring. after a couple of hours of that they decided to keep me in overnight & induce me in the morning (19th). i went down at 8am & was monitored again until the doctor came in & broke my waters at 9.27am, he said i was 3cm. i was put on a drip at 11.30am to speed things up & started with strong contractions not too long after. i had some gas & air, got on my knees on the bed & managed to push him out at 2.22pm. my labour is down as 1hr 57mins & 44mins for second stage.
hubby was a star rubbing my back everytime i tapped on the bed - too much pain to talk!
afterwards all was fine just a couple of internal stitches but bp still high so got admitted onto high dependency unit until fri aft then onto the ward & home on sat evening. have ended up on medication for my bp & a bit p***ed off about that but he was so worth it.
hope all goes ok for you louise. has she already had the baby rhonda? hope eveyone else is ok & had a good easter. will hopefully get on more often as i'm off work till dec - that sounds so good! lu x
