    Evening everyone,

Simone, glad to hear Kian is on the mend.  I hate it when mine are ill, I feel so helpless.

Rosy, hubby's bike is a custom chopper made by Honda, that is all I know.  He keeps disappearing to have a little sit on it.

Been to work today so really tired tonight it is quite draining, trying to be sympathic all the time.

I have signed Jacob up for a 5 weeks of football training.  I hope it isn't going to rain like today.

Well going to have a sit and watch TV.  I hope everyone is ok.

    afternoon everyone

Well Kian is a lot better, we took him to the hospital on Monday as he devoloped a rash and scared the life out of us. We was told he had Th D&V bug and children are really suffering with it this time of year. Well today he is back to his normal self after almost  5 days..answering back lol

He has a bit of chocolate for the first time today..bless him

Well the wedding plans are going well despite Dean just being told many of his work mates won't be able to attend, there is some sort of Aid where they are not allowed to book Annual Leave..they wont finish till 7pm and have to be back at work the next day at 7am..bummer.

The only people that have been granted A/L is Dean and one of his best men...Hopefully some might attend after work but thats if they all finish at 7pm.

Well more food for us then lol... and drink

I have 5 minutes of peace now, but going to have an early night as completely shattered and hubby starts his new job tomorrow.  It will only be training for the first week so won't get on the front lines until next week.

Can't believe it will be you next week Louise, a baby.  I wonder what you will have.

I have eaten far too many easter eggs.  I'm going to make a real effort next and get back to the gym as I have slip a little and spent most of my time in the sauna.

What has everyone planned for the holidays.  Not sure yet.  I think we will try and visit the zoo once or twice, Jacob has 2 parties so that will take time up.

Right just going to have a little surf.  I hope everyone has enjoyed the bank holiday.

    Afternoon everyone,

Just back from my brothers.  We had dinner there which was superb.   Then they did an easter egg hunt.  So now Jacob has tons of chocolate.  I'll slowly make a dent in it later.

Linda, Fingers crossed for Ian for his exam results.

We went to a 21st party last night, which was nice to get out, but didn't stay too long because we had the children with us.

We had snow this morning, garden is just slush now what with Jacob, and the dog.  Not sure if we will get any more, do hope so.

Not much planned for tomorrow.  HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE.

    Hi LInda,

Dh has just gone on lates too - 2-11pm.

I went to church this morning after giving the girls their loads of easter eggs people have bought them! They have 6 each - albeit little ones but still lot of choc for little people.

Girls have made a little snowman with daddy before he went to work but ours is melting too. Thought we would get nire snow than this but hey can't complain as some people didn't get any.

    Take care.xx

    Hi All,

Rosie - your dh in Herts too?!

What a day! Had sister and partner round yesterday which was lovely and today had my mum and dad round for most of the day. It was lovely to see everyone but tiring! Dh is working 3pm-midnight today and tomorrow. So hope the easter bunny comes before he goes to work again!

Rachel has just got over chicken pox and Ilana has started to get spots today. So I is housebound for a week by the looks of it.

R was a great patient and hardly complained about her spots - she was covered with them. Hopefully Ilana will be ok too.

We are eagerly awaiting lots of snow tonight. Weather forecast is looking hopeful to have enough to build a snowman!

Hope everyone else is ok and that the easter bunny will bring you all something nice!!

    Take care.xx

    Happy Easter!

Hi everyone I hope you are all well. I will have to catch up on the posts. I did have a skim through them.

I have not been on for ages as laptop not working properly and pc has been in for a pamper lol.

Welcome to the new ones I'm Linda with 3 boys aged 15 11 and 2. Dp is in the Humberside police. He has just done his sargents exams last week. Gets the results end of April. He is working in custody at the moment although they keep giving him a date to back on the IRT but then they change it.

Alex broke his finger last week we don't know how he did it, so i got a bit of a quizzing from the hospital. Then we were back this week as he may need circumsizing (Can't spell ) lol.

Ian is on lates this weekend I'm really bored as its so cold to go out. He is also working monday at the local rugby match.

I'm on school holidays now thank god as I have had a child protection case to deal with last week.

    Afternoon,

Just had the shock of my life, Jacob fell down the stairs.  Luckily our hallway is cluttered at the moment, he got away with a bump on the head only.

Rosy, My mum is ok, she had an appointment on 9th April to see another consultant, so hopefully will be able to give her a little more info.  It seems to have settled down, but still there. Thanks for asking.

We went for an Easter Egg hunt today at my brother's village hall, my SIL organised it, but it was really wet and muddy and has been snowy quite a bit but nothing settled.

Going to a 21st Birthday party tonight, only going for a hour or so taking the children.

Hubby bought a bike yesterday, but had trouble getting off the van he had hired.  It is very big and loud, so I will probably see even less of him now.

Right going to have a little surf.  I hope everyone is ok.  Haven't heard from Linda or Sam lately I hope they are ok.

    Hi all,

Thanks Emma, not that I say anything on here that I wouldn't normally tell hubby, but you know when you have a good moan or so.

Good luck with the job.  I work that the QEII Hospital 9 hours and work for a consultant from home which gives with a little spending money.

Is it hard with twins.  My mum is an identical twin, but my cousin got the gene and he has got twin girls.  I know they find it hard only because they are so different and argue all the time.  They are only 5

Right going to change Isabella Nappy and get her some dinner.

    Will be back later.

Rhonda - Don't worry, I don't tell dh the goings on on here! Only the debate ones if they are worth talking about. Dh knows your dh but they are not buddies or anything so please still use this are your haven.

I used to be in the police before I had twins and have not gone back due to hubbie on shifts too and no local fmaily etc. But I have got an interview for a job in CIT in Tuesday! Least it will get my foot back in the door and give me future opportunities.x
