We have never spent hours but we do do the whole folding down, pushing around etc etc. But even with that we went through about 5 or 6 with Zoe hat broke. These were supposedly good brands and werent cheap. So this time we took more time with it, bought one with a long warranty, read reviews online etc etc.

Not hours but for our first we did check it out in person.  It was a travel system so wanted to be sure it was all we needed as we planned on it being our only pushchair.  Que twins and we needed a triple, for some reason there aren't loads sitting around in stores so we bought it online having only seen a picture, lol.

For my double i actually stopped a woman on the street who was pushing one and asked if i could try it out, she said yes and i loved it so bought one.

Nope!  I bought my Graco travel system online and had only seen pictures of it - never seen it in the flesh so to speak.  I bought my Mclaren Triumph with minimum consideration.  I was going to buy the cheaper model, but had just won £30 so "upgraded" on a whim.  Both are still going strong more than four years on.

We had a quick play with a few, ruled some out instantly and then picked one within budget that seemed easy to use.  The Maclaren Quest was easily the best kiddy-related purchase we have made.
