Enit is one i loathe,
the other is tb at the end of every message

it takes me a while to read my sisters messages too, she's 14. Whole other language... its newspeak, words just get shorter, they'll merge soon

Did you spot the mistake in your first post Hazel?
Its so annoying.
Today I saw a van advertising Karpet Shop - wtf? No wonder our children can't spell properly.

i used to find it really anoying coz all my mates did it and they used it tht much i now do aswell.
17/8/08 22:25
i understand it when its actually shorter eg u. but i hate it when its the same amount or just one letter shorter eh fink or when people write dat or dis instead of that or this. its just pure lazyness

A friend of mine from uni (scarily enough- on a professional course) spells night 'nyte'
17/8/08 22:22
do you know whats even more anoying? when people use words that have exactly the same amount of letters in it. eg lyke instead of like etc it really anoys me
17/8/08 22:18
Instead of has...seriously how frikking hard/time consuming is it to put the 'h' before it?

I know I'm accidently guilty of what is mentioned on the OP, ('as', 'ell', etc) but in my defence it IS accidental, I eat over my laptop so some of the keys dont depress properly, and I dont tend to proof read before I hit the 'post' button
