    Its verysad and shocking, and although mistakes were obviously made I don't feel that any one person is guilty of negligence.  The jigsaw pieces fitted enough, unfortunately it was wrong. 

    Incredibily traumatic for the families though, and i suppose there is no way to ID the cremated man now either.

    I just find it unreal that this sort of thing could happen, so like you say someone has been cremated and family will never know or be able to say good bye, not to mention all the stress and upset of the familt who thought for so long that their loved one was dead! It's unreal!

    This obviously means that the family of the man who was cremated won't know what has happened to him.

    Also what would happen in this sort of case RE; Life insurance and wills and things, random I know but just made me wonder.
