Try some vitamin B complex and herbal tea (nettle and green i used), really helps.

I've cut down a lot since i've been back in work, the most I can fit in in one day now is 10 lol......I want to quit soon though. Dp wants to babby me up again asap, so that would be a good reason to quit again I suppose

my mum uses lucozade sweet things... to make her heart race a bit like she has had a fag
i use
food... and um, foodim pretty crap at quitting... back on 20 a day

Good luck ive been there days 2 and 3 were the hardest for me, i consider myself a non smoker now but have the occasionally sneaky one if out (once every 6 months or so) i found snacking on fruit good sticks of apple grapes etc and if you get a bad craving brush your teeth

Tomorrow morning is going to be hell but once the first day is over I know it'll get easier. Anyone have a good idea for healthy, non-fattening snacks? I was thinking carrot sticks and cucumber slices as they're something I can pick at and nibble on all day. Any other ideas?








Yey! Well done you! I quit about 5 months ago now. Had a little thread on here for myself and kept updating it. If i needed to vent i just typed it out. I slipped 3 times. The girls on here where really helpful and kept me going. Good luck hun, and keep us updated x
