lol sussed it now (sort of) if all else fails use paint shop pro lol, the windows website isnt much use and even trying works (I know!) gives very bad choices of clip art, but MS works never changes, so closed never to be opened again.

long procedure getting the background image on PSP, dulling it to a background, saving the file, then opening up a fresh doc in word (opening this doc gives a jumble of numbers) and adding the saved file as clip-art, long drawn out, but works

have you tried microsoft online or even google (sorry!). On your toolbar at the right hand side there shouls be some arrows and from there you should be able to customise. If it was excel or access I could be much more helpful

I've got word 2003, and I'm trying to apply stationery but I cant find it in any of the drop down windows (I could have sworn it was on the old version of word). how do I do it? I'm all confused now
