I remember buying Mojo's, black jacks, rice paper sheets, fruit salads for 1/2p in my local shop B4 I went to school. Also Jawbreakers - those big bubblegums & they had a hotter version too but I'm not sure of the name. I loved eating the candy watches & those whislets........ a shop in my village sells the chocolate in tin foil cups for 2p each!

My memories of eating some retro sweets involve sitting in a working mens club whilst breathing in lots of cigarette and pipe smoke, mum and dad played bingo and me and my brothers popped across the road to the outdoor to gather our supplies, oh the joys of the 70's child.
