I did one while the mil was here and thought ok they wont notice it was silent, but then it started smelling so i opened the balcony door to try and get rid of the smell

I wont fart in front of DH. I dont generally sit on the sofa and need to do it anyways! I was brought up to just not do it. Nothing about being insecure. I will belch if I needed to but they arent loud.
Dh on the other hand lets rip.

this thread made me chuckle! i think its just silly how women dont fart or burp in front of there man at the end of the day everyone does it its the way the body is. i fart and burp in front of my dp if its a smelly one we usually crack up and make a joke of things and he defo would not put me down just cos i farted! doors are open in my house we go a poo in front of each other, wee in front, i have dutched ovened him cos he done it to me why revenge is sweet.
i think people who worry about fartin or burpin in front of your partners shows insecuries (sorry but my opinion)

Dh farted in front of me on our first date lol. Talk about getting the buissness out of the way lol. Me i held it in trying to be demure pmsl. Skip forward a year and im 7 months pregnant and still havent farted. We are laying in bed one night and got talkin about it and he said go on just do it, so i did. And was it a little lady fart? Nooooooo it was a frikkin ripper! And it stunk to high heaven. Lmao. Me and dh laughed until we cryed and ive never stopped farting since. Oh and i am guilty of dutch housing and fanny farting lol.

I never farted in front of WeaselFeatures, but that's more because I only generally do it on the loo or in my sleep! We used to have belching competitions though and he'd also happily fart in front of me. Never bothered me in the least.

We are comfortable with each other so i dont see a problem with it, our bathroom and toilet are seperate from each other so he can go toilet if bloody well pleases when im in the bath lol.
We have comps aswell lmao, i made dp gag with one of my farts its was that smelly pmsl I AM NOOOOO LADY and i like it that way, i think i should have been a bloke i think lol

Me and dp dont care, we fart, burp, everything in front of each other. We dont make a deal of it to be honest as its just natural. Even the Queen does it.
The only thing which knocks me sick is on a night when dp does a nasty one and then pulls the cover over my head
I always end up heaving for at least an hour afterwards lol. I would do it to him if I could, but there is no point as they never smell bad enough to make him heave

Well I was always brought up to believe that it is better out than in, so I do occasionally depart wind infront of him, but its not really an issue, everyone needs t do it at some point its only natural. Apart from anything else after having a child (dh seeing a lot of than he bargined for) it seems so insignificant!!!

i went through a phase of doing it on purpose in front of him,cus he always does it and i hate it,he hated me doing it so now we both dont do it in front of each other if we can help it.

LOL my dog does the same.... she even sniffs her own ass as if she's trying to run away from the smell....
Also if we used to let rip, the dog used to run which was amusing!
My father used to blame squeaky springs on the sofa.... although he rarely does it in public (exception to the bloke fart rule I guess). My mother farts for england after pickled onions.
