Its so tempting to ask. I wanted to wait and lucky I was having 'we can wait' day, when I had the scan but then I had about 4 or 5 more and I so wanted to ask..... but I didnt lol. It was a lovely suprise.

I can sort of understand the Dad wanting his son out of the house. Kids these days either watch too much tv, play computer games etc....how about playing good old football, get some fresh air...
I think I would also be irritated if my kids friends were in the house and all they did was play computer games or mop around. Give me some space.
I also think its not unusal for parents to remind that its their house and their rules. When you get your own house you can do what you like. I found the other poster who said that even when you leave they still try and tell you what to do - thats parents for you.
I also liked the relationship the Mum had with her son. I am going to have three and would l love to have such a relationship with them.
First time I watched it by the way and also thought at some point, whats the point?But I could become addicted, its just that I wanted to clean up my kitchen so didn't watch till the end. O/t t I will be in hospital next week wednesday so will probably watch it then assuming alls okay and bubs is asleep....am having bubs by section on Tuesday.. Really looking forward to a break in hospital, how weird is that!

Do you know im 15 weeks now and still havent got my app through for my 20 week scan. I dont want to find out, i want to wait like the surprise. But it will be so temping and so hard not to ask.

Also, its 100 days they hade the camera's in the house for - squeezed into 8 hours of television, the moody moments are going to be the most entertaining lol

I like the dad! Yep hes a stroppy so and so, and likes his own way, but he clearly adores his family and they love him back - the valatines card the middle daughter made showed that, and his reaction was lovely. Hes a typical bloke lol.
The son again, is a typical 14 year old lad, but i hope i hav a relatonship with my boys when they are that age like he does with his mum.
And the girls, again, typical teenage girls. Its just your typical family, and again, edited for the best "viewing" I really like it, reminds me of my family in a way, teh eldest daughter at home is just like my sister was before she buggered off to new zealand lol.

The thing that made me laugh was "When you have your own house you can do what you like". My parents used to say that to us.
Even though i've lived on my own for almost 6 years now, they still try to tell me what i should and shouldn't be doing in my own home lol.

Ah i thought it was something profound! lol, thanks linnie it would just have done my head in. I think the point is purely to see how other people live, be a fly on the wall. I have no idea what the point in telling the boy to get out was. But dh said his folks used to do the same to him and his brothers. lol. There was 5 of them right enough.

I had a few growth scans and then a few more because she was breech. I figured that once I was past the half way mark I may as well wait.
I found out I was having a girl with Mia though. She was my first and I was too excited to wait lol
