If the item was mis-represented then I would contact the seller and ask for a refund and explain that I would lodge a dispute if it wasn't forthcoming. Did you pp it?

also its totally up to the seller wether they reimburse you for having to return the item, so depends on how 'nice' the seller is which is a bit unfair as its not your fault the item stinks.

this happened to me before, my 2nd purchase on ebay. I wasnt really sure how it all worked but i was told to send the item back recorded delivery so you can prove you have returned it then you get your refund.

When buying an item, the sellers always waits until they have been paid for the item before sending yep?

So, if you are completely unimpressed with a digustingly dirty item, that stinks to high heaven, surely the seller should refund you before you send back? and should they pay additional postage so you are not left out of pocket?

Im dealing with a freakin idiot here, and i have never had this problem before so not sure how to deal with it. Sorry for non debate
