There's an easy to use list on there of all the ones to avoid, and why. You'll see that apart from aspartame and msg they all start E1.. and E2..
I wouldn't recomend thinking of them as "bad" though.....rather be aware of the effects (if any) they have on your children. All children are different from what I've seen and it really can get quite limiting if you start trying to avoid everything "bad" !!

God, there really is so much in our foods, I never bother to check anything for myself, but it looks like I'm going to be a super label reader, to make sure that what I give Luke is "safe".
I thought that most the "bad" e-numbers and colours were already banned
silly, niave me. lol -

Aspartamine makes damians skin go really bad so i avoid, but then again i avoid most highly sugared, coloured things as it makes his behavior get worst and reacts with him psychically. He doesn't like sweets that much but occasional like a lolly pop so i make sure i at least buy the natural ones or he climbs up walls lol -

Probably Monosodium Glutamate. Found mostly in crisps and chinese food!

The problem ingredient in fruit shoots is the artificial sweetener Aspartame. It's in them all, even the "just water" ones, and even the ones with sugar in them!
I think all children react differently to these things, but my dd is very sensitive to a few of them. I can't remember them all so I just avoid anything with aspartame, any E1**, and any E2**.
Oh, and disodium diphosphate is currently under suspicion. LOL.

Meghan doesnt like eggs, think she inherrited that off her mummy, so im trying to think of nice alternatives.Any ideas?
