Also, maybe when you feel like a snack, have a glass of pure fruit juice, see if that fills you up abit?

Another of my faves at the mo is smoothy ice lollies, they are only about 80 cals, and very tasty as they do have sugar in too (yet stil low on the calories) Del monte make them... I hate smoothies.. but these are gorgous! xx

not the healthiest thing, but i find a good quick snack which i have an appetite for is those mini sausage rolls. They are on offer in the co-op for 99p, and i just keep them in the fridge and grab a few when im hungry. I have also been snacking on melon xx

oooh crackerbread! Sounds starchy and carbs ... my fav. Will try it. Love things I can munch on. And low in cals too. You're a star!

Frozen grapes are apparently good. Can't say I've ever tried them frozen though.

Chunks of cheese? Maybe with crackers if you like them... Or... OH, I love 'crackerbread'! It's cheap as chips and filling and really low calorie, and it's great with garlic and herb philadelphia or anything like that, or maybe cottage cheese... I've not had any crackerbread for aaaages. Might have to go and get some now! It's in a beigey-cream coloured box, usually near the ryvita.

i used to love houmous now just the thought of it makes me feel ill. i know they arent that healthy as are full of sugar but mini meringues are great when you need a quick energy burst. frozen watermelon is good if you arent a big fruit eater cos it goes like an ice lolly and is a good way of getting fruit. Im the other way usually hate fruit but whne pregnant cant get enough of it.

Anyone got any ideas? I'm not much of a fruit/veg person and always end up with a snickers bar after attempting an apple or carrot! I'm finding myself eating loads of carbs and starchy foods, which not only give me bloating and gas (sorry - tmi), but piles on the calories as well. Any ideas of improved snacks which I don't have to spend too long preparing. Relying on biscuits or striaght out the packets kind of thing.
