Oh you will have a new house and a new baby, how exciting

We had an offer accepted on a house about 5 weeks ago, but not said anything as didnt want to tempt fate, but we exchanged contracts today. So excited, we are not completing until 8th Oct as the people we are buying from are buying a new build so it still needs to be finished off, but the company wouldn't finish & put the money into it until we exchanged.

We've been living in house my in laws built, (they have building business) but they haven't sold, so we've been in between selling & buying. Got what we need out but not unpacked completly & got no pictures up etc so its going to be lovely to have a home we can call our own again and put our mark on it, esp before this baby arrives. Im so excited that I can decorate dd room & make it all girly & buy pink curtains etc.
