im glad your app went well  i also get that nasty stitch so have started leaving earlier if im in  hurry so we can take a stroll lol.....

i get it too!!! but my midwife says it's the baby laying on one side and it's causing pain so i find myself pushing my belly as walking down the street i get some funny looks let me tell you haha

aww glad all is well ..and hugs for the stitch it is horrible I get it all of the time ..think it is my body's way of saying it has had enough

all was good with me n ruby listened to hb which was lovely.i just had 1 question bout this stitch i get wen im walkin with ds in pushchair n she said its ligaments stretchin n u could be walkin to fast so i took it slow on way home nwen it started took more time n it stopped so now its gonna take me foreva to get anywhere lol.the worst bit is the hill i have to walk off thats wot makes it worse!!
