tell them to sod off! If you are hungry then your body is telling you it need nutrients. What you have eaten so far is good and healthy at the same time.

It sounds like you are eating quite healthily hun. Tell her to pee off and mind her own business. Your body knows what it needs so if you are hungry - eat !!

    Hello -

This morning I left my house at 7.15am and got to work and had a bowl of cheerios at 8.30. Then I had 2 rich tea biscuits at 10.00 with a dinky glass of semi skimmed, then i felt a bit sick so i had a slice of toast at 11.00. Now I've had low fat pasta for lunch.

Anyway, one of the team came in and went "Oh, Fiona you're always eating and lurking by that microwave!!!"

No I'm not! And I'm dead paranoid about weight gain as it is - and now whenever i eat i think ooooh.... people think i'm a right bloater...

Is that too much to have eaten already? The thing is that I'm actually hungry but don't want to eat anyhting else now. I'm gonna have to do half a nicole richie and eat it in the loo!
