today was:
b: toast and philidelphia
l: 2 cheese and lettuce rolls
d: pasta bake and oven chips with loads of vinegar

snk: piece of shortbread
(nearly fainted at work will have toast and jam again from now on)
L:egg butty prawn co cktail seabrooks (mmmmmmm) half and apple (it was the size of a cabbage tho! no joke!)
sn: piece of shortbread (thanks to the workplace shortbread donor of the day)
T: fish fie parcel things hash browns and mushy peas
trying to work out whether to go to spar and get some choccy (v tempting)

L= Chicken fillet in a bun with some chipsticks and a hoc Digestive
D= am having Spag bol and garlic bread and fruit salad !

B : 1 x scotch egg... dont know why .. saw it and have to eat it !
L: Ham and Salad Bagel, Packet of Cool Doritos, Clementine
T: Jacket Pot, Chicken breaded thing abd Beans
Snacks : 1 farrera Roche ( cant spell it ) 2 bites of cake

and oh yesterdays was...
b: tin of peach slices in fruit juice (weird)
l: cheese and pickle sandwich with a fruit scone
d: biiiig dinner...lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, tuna, crusty bread, dollop of mayo, 4 new potatoes
no snacks but had half tin of pineapple pieces for dessert after dinner.

im curious about seeing it written down what I eat so here goes for today...
b: 2x toast with butter, coffee
l: tin of ravioli on 1xtoast (really craving ravioli lol)
d: will be a mini steak and onion pie (oven cooked) and veg, home made tattie wedges
snack: bowl of veg soup
havent been weighing myself, but i still fit in size twelve jeans. god i have a boring diet lol.

I can't remember everything I ate yesterday, god thats awful my memory has got so crap

today
B: nutragrain bar
L: cheese and pickle sandwich
T: (later obviously) chicken and bacon lattice, veg and potatoes
Snacks: well I did some more baking this morning, chocolate chip cookies and choc chip muffins and so far I've had 2 cookies and a muffin but I know I'll probably have the same again before bed

L: Chicken Salad Sand. And the left overs of DS Chips and burger from Mc Donalds
D: 4 fish fingers... Mash and S corn
Snacks: 1/2 a toblerone bar and a handfull of crisps. 2 oranges . oh and 2 digestives in the arvo with a cuppa :-)

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh god i have been soooooooooooooooooo bad !!
and been sooo good all week !!

l : roast beef with 2 yorkies and all the tr***s!
d: chinese
snacks : 1/2 scotch egg, few crisps here and there... some cad choc...
going to start the healthy eating again tomorrow. weighed myself friday and i have put on 7lb so not toooooooooooo bad !!

l: cheese and tomato sandwich with herb mayo on carrot bread (why dont they do normal food in the uni canteen? it wasnt nice!) a bag of kettle crisps
d: rice and veg curry.
was going to be good today but hubby made scrambled egg on toast and i think he thinks im have quintuplets bless him! i wont have lunch and will have a healthy dinner. think i will try and cut down on snacks and bread too xxxxx

B : Banana, Melon and Mango with fat free biopot
L: 1/2 Jacket Pot with Cheese, ham and Salad
D: Gammon, Egg, Beans and a fewOvan chips
about 10 cups of water with Lemon slices ( lovely )
Snacks, Mini s roll... and sone of DS's Nuggets and chips ( about 1 nigget and 10 chips )
Have not eaten bread, crisps, sweets of Choc for 2 days, trying to do it for 2 weeks !! :-)

hi welshgirl glad ur better. i have been veggie for years first when i was nine. started eating chicken when i was about 16 for a year but now havent eaten meat for 8 years. i dont like the taste or texture either but i have to cook it for hubby and my dogs which turns my tummy abit. i love the quorn stuff though xxxxx

Cronin i've just noticed you seem to be a veggie too! Are you? I've been veggie for bout 20 years now since I was about 7, Never liked the taste of meat even as a child! I don't eat cheese or fish either. How long have you been one? And meant to say earlier ta for the well wishes the other day, feeling much better now thanks! x

I've eaten quite a bit today!
breakfast : bowl of shreddies
lunch: tomato cup a soup, 2 apples, packet of squares crisps
mid afternoon : sandwich with nimble brown bread and quorn turkey and stuffing deli slices
Dinner: mashed potato with beans and 3 quorn burgers
snacks: 8 squares of cadburys caramel ( from a family size bar ) and 2 large cookies from asda bakery, another packet of squares crisps!
Oops, it seems a lot worse when you write it down doesn't it lol!
