Was really bad yesterday...well have been last few days! Yesterday had:
Breakfast -2 slices toast
Lunch - Bangers and mash
Dinner - indian takeaway
Snacks - chocolate cake and packet of crisps, satsuma
Will try harder tomorrow!!!

Well hello ....
Here goes.......
Breakie = Orange Juice
Lunch .= Onion rings ( about 5 ) , Baguette chicken
Tea = Baguette with Bacon
4 pieces of cadburys cho and a cuppa

yesterday had frosties & toast 'n' marmalade for breakfast, apple and sandwich for lunch, nibbled on half bag of popcorn then had Indian takwaway for tea, yum!
todya had toast 'n' marmalade for breakfast, an apple a yummy sunday dinner (had it on the wrong day I know...) with a mountain of roasties, nibbled on some tuc biscuits and think I might go and make myself a jam & crisp buttie!!

Breakfast = sausage sandwich
Lunch = chicken dippers and beef hula hoops
Tea = am making Pizza
Feel so guilty - that is so not healthy - will definately try harder tomorrow

had toast and jam for bfast
tom soup and bagel for lunch
chicken salad butty, ssg rolls, mini ssgs, wotsits, crisps and donut for tea think i'm gonna grab an ice lolly now tho!

poridge
jacket potatoe, cheese and coleslaw and cereal bar
lentil and veg stew, square bar
snacks were quavers and 1 biscuit

Went to the supermarket yesterday for the first time in ages and did a big shop so now have lots of sensible and healthy things to eat. I bought lots of fruit though and am going to get my juicer out as I've not been managing much fruit and veg, and juicing seems to be an easier way of doing things. Still feeling a bit too rough to actually eat much yet!

Well another healthy day for me again !! NOT
Breakie = Fryup
Cleamed my teeth and that made fryup come back up all over the bathroom floor ( NICE )
Lunch = Picky bits from a 1 year old birthday party
Dinner = 3 slices of Pizza and about 10 chips. hahaha
not one bit of fruit today .. :-(

This thread really made me smile!! I am 17 weeks and have put on 12lb! (really scary) Am trying to be really good with my eating
Today had
Muesli for Brekkie
Salad for Lunch
Fish and Veg for dinner
Apple as a snack!
Somebody stop me from raiding the chocolate box..........shall i settle for some more fruit instead?

Chinese noodles for lunch
Time out, pack of quavers and another decafe tea........Im such a bad eater, will be better tomorrow!

well done ive since eaten
an emergency pack of salt and vineger french fries (nausea attack in john lewis)
cut it urself bread with egg mayo sandwich filler on
mini chicken satays
mcdonalds drink (only had a drink how good am i!!)
and slice of cut it urself bread with thinnest scrapin of peanut butter on
tea in oven - nuggets and waffles! and peas /sweetcorn or beans
not as bad as it began!

so far so good! lunch was salad sandwich, pineapple, grapes, apple, apricots and a choc bar (galaxy yum) dinner is quiche, cabage, peas and mash but having rhubarb pie so a little naughty

so ive had mango chutney and if i have my raspberry turnover then thats 2 of my 5 a day before 10.30!!!!!! oh well its healthy food then!!!

Coco pops and McCoys salt and vinegar crisps so far, now trying to decide what to have for lunch and tea! x

Egg May and Tom baguette & packet of chip sticks
Homemade pizza- chips and salad
2 sticks of KitKat
1 Slice of Madera cake
