Hi sorry to hear your suffering but i'm sure you'll be okay, beside's everthing being streached and pulled, your baby is having the biggest growth spert it will experience throught the pregnancy in the coming weeks (ouch for us ) and i personaly suffer with extra pain and cramp after a urine infection for at least a week after it's clearded.

I had mutiple misscarages during 4 years of fertility treatment, so the slightest twinge send's me into a panic too, i don't know if it's for you, but i bought a doppler and when i hear that little heart beating away it settles me down a bit hope i'm of some help

Best of luck at your scan

    P.S i'm 16+2 weeks
