Hi rosa, im the same, just want to eat all the time. I wouldn't have thought it will harm the baby although may have a few extra pounds to shift after the birth. I have still only put on 5llbs so must be burning a lot more energy. When i had my scan last week she did say that my boy has a big belly but it is still within normal perameters for how far along i am. Taking after his mum bless!!!xx

I too have gone mad on food.  I just can't stop eating. It is varied with fruit and veg but the rubbish is slipping through too.  I am into Chocolate in a big way and hubby & I have just ordered an Indian takeaway!!!!  I'm getting huge but have decided I will have to deal with it after.  I am worried about putting on loads of weight as it has taken me 2 yrs to get off what I put on with DS.    I would say enjoy the food as long as you are having a varied and balanced diet.  Plus, cereal and milk is good for you.  Take Care honey and enjoy.

i have always had a fairly healthy appetite but now its gettin worse. when i first got pregnant with the sickness i went right off food an lost weight now i ALWAYS seem to be eating. for example today i went out for a celebration meal with my in laws an had a starter and rather large main meal, by the time i was finished i was so full i could barely move, i finished eating at 3 o'clock its now half 7 an im gonna tuck into a big bowl of cereal.

is anyone else finding this? is this bad for the baby? i now it not good for me to put too much weight on but cant seem to help eating is it all in my head or is everyone else got the appetite of a whale?
