soory forgot to say i'm 20+3

i was taking atenalol before becoming pregnant my blood pressure was 125/75 last time it was checked i'm getting it done every 3 weeks  it's lower now than what it was when i was on the tabklets, it can't rember what they said i would be going on but it stated with m.

I saw my consultant at 13 weeks and have seen the doctor twice regarding this apparently if you have high blood pressure the baby can be small but the last time my son was 8lb 7oz not exaclty small, ask when you see your consultant about scans means you get to see baby more.

Were you taking ramipril before pregnant? i came off them to get pregnant and my bp was fine 120/80 but then 2 weeks ago it shot back up to 144/103 so i had to go on labetalol tabs 100mg and i cant get used to my pulse being so slow and chilled. keep thinkin my heart is gonna stop as i cant feel it beating any more..

they havent told me about having any more growth scans yet, but im going to see the consultant tomorrow so maybe thats what they are gonna do..

how many weeks are you?

my son is 4 and i was fine all through pregnancy with him!!!!

I suffer from high blood pressure i was taken off my tablets when i found out i was pregnant i will be put back on them if it continues to rise i am also getting 2 growth scans to make sure the baby is growing ok.  i also had pre-clapsia with me last so hopefully won't get it this time.

You will feel better once the tablets  start to work.

Does anyone else suffer with high blood pressure? i have been on beta blockers for 1 weeks and feel really wierd!!!

i havent met any other mum to be that suffers with this.......
