Ok, I've calmed down a bit now (sigh). I'm just not going to take it until I can speek to someone about it. Have looked on internet and there's conflicting evidence about whether or not it's safe so I'm going to see if there's something else I can take. Phew! lol!

Oh no helen, maybe try ringing the midwife at the hospital & ask if they know if it's safe to take as your gp was unsure. let me know what you find out.

Omg! Read that thread about antibiotics and now I'm scared. Someone is saying that the ones I am taking shouldn't be taken during pregnancy. Normally I'd just take my dr's word for it but she didn't sound all that certain when she said I'd be ok to take them so now I'm freaking out a bit!!! Am just off t have a cig then see wot I can find out myself on internet

I'm glad Ryan is making you relax now as you were over doing a bit, how was he after the scan? I seen your pics on face book too & your little bump I bet you will have the neatest bump ever! mine looks like a sack of potatoes lol
I haven't got my scan date yet, wish it would hurry up.

Thanks Kerriann, I am so very happy that everything is ok and it all seems so real now. Ryan is suddenly making me sit down and relax etc so thinks it's finally hit him, lol! How are you anyway? Do you have a date for your next scan yet?
Angela isn't that strange we are both n the same day....again?! Are you on facebook? Just wondered if you want to be my friend, hehe

10th oct too! 10.50.
Made it for a friday in case my mum needs to look after Chris but we might take him with s next time. I cried when they told me everything was ok. Felt silly, lol.

Aw, your pic is good though Angela, at least it looks like a baby, unlike some I've seen, lol! Mine is just taken on dps phone, but he has a very good phone and the actual scan pic is very clear and close up so.
Did you get a date for your next scan? Mine is on 10th October.

Well after working myself up and convincing myself something would be wrong (with no reason) everything was fine
Bean was bouncing about like a loony! Been moved forward 5 days so am now 11+2 and due 11th March.

Yeah my scan at 11.40 tomorrow. I feel nervous already even though no reason to worry! Just be pleased when i've had it done to be honest. I should be really excited but scared to get my hopes up. I'm with you on the contipation it's awful! I have been taking senokot, had it really bad last time so knew what to expect this time round lol the doctor told me to take lactulose so maybe get yourself some Helen.

No keriann haven't started on the antibiotics yet but am thinking it's probably better for my bean to take antibiotics than to have an infection so close to it! So I am going to take them.......now I just have to figure out how! They are bloody huge!!!!! Lol!

I'm having a relaxed day tomorrow too.....I keep saying I'm going to but never actually do. Had a few pains right where bubs is today and even though I don't think there's anything wrong.....it's made me realise I really am over doing things. (Think the pains are due to constipation 
...sorry tmi). So I'll be chaining myself to sofa tomorrow with lots of tea and biscuits to keep me company! hehe!
At least you only took 2 which Is fine, get a second opinion hun.
