Helen - if you're getting old, there's no hope for me! I'm 32 now, lol. Hope everythings ok at your appointment.Kerriann - pleased scan was ok. I don't see a consultant til about 34/35 weeks here to discuss my birth options. Made my appointment the other day for February! Still in 2 minds what to do at the moment. Don't fancy another labour like last time only to have another c section anyway but if I don't try I know I'll always wonder if I could have had a natural birth.

Morning ladies, glad everything went well with your scan Kerriann. did you get a pic? Still haven't got aroung to putting mine on. I'm a bit useless atm. My brain is all over the place! lol! I'm off to see mw today because even though I stopped having those pains and feel like everythings ok- I think I've scared Ryan a bit and he made me book an appointment and he's coming with me. Oh well, at least I get to listen to bubs again

Sorry you having been too well with your IBS I have had problems with it before it's so painful 
I am really badly constipated the joys eh?!Well scan went really well baby was moving constantly & measurements were fine, my consultant told me I could try for a natural delivery all being well so pleased about that too

Aw angela....a belated Happy Birthday
to you! I told dp that I just want a relaxed birthday this year. I kind of want to forget it cos I'm just getting old lol! Glad you are feeling better, ibs has had me curled in a ball crying on more than one occasion. I think that was adding to the pains I was having, and being constipated doesn't help either 
What with the crappy weather and the pains and the hormones.......so glad I can coe on here and have a moan Kerriann....it's your scan today! So exciting! Let us know how you got on as soon as. I still haven't put my scan pic on, or a pic of my (now very large) bump. Will have to get on with it.

I haven't posted mine yet, will get them done. Haven't thought of any names yet.Helen - pleased you found out what the pain was. I can't see shape of bubs yet but on Saturday night it must have rolled over as felt a lump pushing across my belly and was too big for a foot so must have been it's bum, lol.
Well I spent all day friday ill
Felt like my dinner stuck Thursday night and was up all night with upset tummy. Don't know whether it was a bug or the IBS making a return as had a few times previous when had the same the not to that extent. Took me til midnight Friday to feel better. Saturday was my Birthday 
so luckily I was better. Didn't do much, went out with Mum & Dad and Christopher in the morning (Nige was at work til 12) then had a lazy day. Didn't do anything yesterday either other than make meals!26/10/08 20:18

Helen glad the pain is only the way bubs is lying! Can't believe you can see the shape of bubs already the time is going so quickly
I'm feeling much better now, had a good weekend we went for a meal on Sat night & just relaxed today. Ben is glad that I am a bit more sane! lol
Angela glad your scan went well, your bubs is obviously nice & cosy tucked up in there! Did you get any more scan pics?
Anyone thought of more names?

how are you and what you been up to?? I'm hoping I've finally passed my emotional stage as I'm feeling much better now. Have been soooooo up and down lately, driving dp and my family and bounty girls mad with my whining! What you been up to this weekend? I haven't done anything exciting really..............do hate putting clocks back - it was pitch black at 5.15

Awww Angela, glad everything is ok....if you think your bubs is lazy then it's probably a boy
lol! Kerriann I have been super emotional for the last week....before I started having kids I felt like a very strong woman and now I just feel like a quivering wreck! I cried at hollyoaks (which I don't even watch, dp watches it) I cried at home and away and this morning I woke up crying over a silly dream!!! Luckily for Ryan I tend to keep it to myself and leave the room when I start to blub......he just gets the angry side! lol! Hopefully it will pass for us both soon.
I had a scare yesterday when I had a pain in my belly all day, couldn't get in touch with my mw or the other mw from my gps. Ended up phoning labour ward! And some mw there said to take paracetamol!!!!!! I was in so much pain at one point I was considering going to a & e and then I figured out what was wrong. And the whole thing was down to where bean was lying! I was laid on the sofa in pain and I felt movement and lifted my top. Well I could just about see the shape of my baby cos his entire body was pushed right up against me and all to the left, my belly looked so deformed! Now every time I get the pain I look down and there's beans butt sticking out on the right hand side!!

Aww Kerriann.
I was terrible earlier on in the pregnancy, not too bad now. Was crying every day for no real reason.
Some of my xmas shopping will be for Christophers birthday too. I usually just but things then decide what to give him for xmas and birthday.
Had scan again yesterday and little imp still wasn't lying right. Ended up walking round waiting room for 1/2 hour to get it to mive, lol. Luckily it did so all been checked now & everything fine. It must be lazy though cos was yawning all the time!

Glad your doing well & no more problems with the family Helen. I have started my Xmas shopping for Sophie but only a few things so far as eeping some for her birthday too.
Have any of you been feeling really hormonal? I have been the past few days crying & being really horrible to Ben & I knew I was doing it but couldn't stop myself iykwim? I'm not too bad now but emotions have been all over the place! I have apologised to him & he understands bless him.

Pleased things are getting sorted
I started my xmas shopping last month
Got Christopher sorted and my mum, dad, granda & Nigel from Christopher (they've all got chocolates, lol) just need something for mum & dad & granda from us and something for Nigel from me. Haven't a clue what to get and I'm skint as well. Will have to wait til get paid again in 3 weeks Pleased we haven't many people to buy for.21/10/08 11:32

Well I'm pleased to say I've had no more drama lately and fingers crossed my computer is fixed now too. I'm thinking ppl have realised I've got enough on my plate without everyone elses problems. Cole is now spending his days just walking round and round our living room! lol! Weather has been pretty miserable here so haven't been able to take him anywhere (and don't have the energy anyway). What's everyone up to this week? Anyone started xmas shopping yet?

Pleased you're both ok. We're all ok - bubs starting to move a bit more now. Always on an evening, same as Christopher used to.
Kerriann - I understand when you say about tring to find the time for everything. Glad you had a nice weekend with your friend.
Helen - pleased your family are sorting themselves out. As for the potty - still ok as long as in the house with no pants on! Christopher used to put his on his head too
Hope Ryans appointment is convenient when you get it.Well I didn't do much this weekend - went to Asda Saturday morning (how exciting, lol) and Nige was at the match in the afternoon. He came home with my birthday present. Got an idea what it is
but not allowed it til Saturday so the bag is sitting there! Not fair!Could do with tidying the house but I never understand how people manage to get their housework done with a kid following them round. If I tried to tidy up Christopher would be moving things as fast as I put them back. If he goes in our room he always gets in our bed - usually when I've just made it and messes it up again. Arggh!

Hi ladies, well I haven't been able to get on internet for the last couple of days
Not idea why but it seems to have sorted itself out now, phew!My family problems are sorting themselves out too. They are not really anything to do with me but I seem to get stuck in the middle cos I'm the 1 family member who keeps up with everyone and make sure I know how everyone is. I have been dragged into it but have just given everyone my opinion and then tried to keep out of it, anyone it seems to be getting sorted now. I don't want to go into it cos it's a reall, really long story and complicated and I always type an essay anyway! lol! But thanks for the support ladies, I will explain if things get worse and I need someone to talk to.
Glad the potty training is going well, Cole just puts his on his head atm
Cole has been getting really brave today and just walking around on his own. He's still wobbly and falls over when he gets too excited but he's getting there. I have already grown that all important pair of eyes in the back of my head!
Kerriann I'm glad you posted.....I would have been txting you to see if everything ok if I hadn't seen your post today. Bet that was really nice to meet a bounty friend. Will you be working over christmas then? I think I've given up on the job idea already......can barely carry Cole up the stairs without having to sit down for half an hour!
Christmas is looking like being a bit of a nightmare anyway cos Ryan is having an operation on his feet and won't be able to walk for 4 weeks!!! So I'll be running round after him too
Not sure exactly when he's having it yet so I'm hoping the timing is good. God I do right a lot don't I!!!! lol! You'd think I was a right chatterbox but I'm not really, I'm very quiet!

Sorry I haven't been on in a while, I pop on & off Bounty when I get a chance as was working Wed to Friday last week then mon to wed this week so try to get on inbetween looking after Sophie & housework,well I'm sure you both know
Potty training is going well then Angela? heading in the right direction. Have you any plans this weekend? I met my good friend off bounty last Sat for the first time
she flew over on Sat & stayed over night, a really lovely lady & brought her baby son Ben with her so that was good & a nice change to do something on a weekend!Helen glad your ok & your 2 boys are well
have you thought of a name yet? I'm trying to think of boys names as girls are easier to pick so would like to have a boys name just incase. I wont be finding out the sex at my next scan I love having a surprise! scan is the 27th Oct can't wait. Went to see the midwife today & listened to the heartbeat & feeling lots of little kicks & movements.Sorry to hear your having family problems Helen we are here if you need to get things off your chest hun.

Silly me, forgot Kerriann was back at work now.
I've been posting in other threads too instead of here! Potty training going ok as long as he doesn't have pants on, lol. But he does ask for them taken off now and realises he needs to go so we are getting there. Alot better than last attempt we had.
I know what you mean about no social activities! We only used to go to my works party & Nige's works do over xmas but since finishing work I've never been asked if I'd still like to go and Nige's lot don't bother any more. Last time we went out just us 2, was to the pub last October, last November when we went away for a weekend and my mum & dad came with us so could look after Christopher on an evening & a friend invited us to a xmas do last year! Some people seem to be out all the time. I'm not big on going out but it would be nice sometimes. Don't like asking my mum & dad to look after him and they're great but never really offer! I looked at getting an evening job last year but all started at 5pm which was no good to me as Nige doesn't get in til at least 5.30/6/00.

Good morning! I think there's only us 3 who still come on and I think Kerriann has probably been busy working. I been posting on the other threads loads instead of coming on here! I'm having a few family problems atm so I am just miserable anyway. My boys are ok though so that's all that matters
I am going to have a look for a xmas temp job this weekend. Just for something to do really, I'll only get one if I can find something suitable but I am so bored and have no social activities planned for over xmas But my plan is....get job, get extra money......retail therapy! lol! Lol Angela. Since I had Cole birthdays just aren't the same. For some reason they just feel like another day older
I think you should explain to mw how you feel about the natural/c-sec thing and see what she thinks and what options are available to you. Don't really know anything about c-sections myself so wouldn't have a clue what to do!
What are you up to today. It's absolutely freezing today so think I might sit here in my warm house and just chat on bounty until my appointment! lol!
