Hi Angela, I wouldn't worry too much about not feeling bubs move he/she is probably just a chilled baby! lol! I had only felt mine once up until this weekend. I felt it on saturday night at 10pm and then last night at the exact same time! Bubs kicked me in the exact same place too. I still don't feel it often though and I think at this stage you have to be really thinking about it to notice it happening, especially if you have the same troubles I have with wind and going to the loo!
Well Ryan has gone back to work today and I feel horrible for saying that I am a little relieved! I love him to bits but he has driven me nuts for the last 2 days. So I am glad to relax today! Just going to play with Cole and chill out all day

Kerriann - hope you got rid of your cold. We've all got one and can't get rid of it.Helen - pleased Ryan had a nice birthday & that Cole was ok in his own room.
I don't think we're finding out what sex the baby is. I know my mum & dad don't won't to know so may be easier not to find out! For some reason I think it's another boy but I'm not sure & didn't have a clue with Christopher.I had my midwife appointment on Thursday and she heard the heartbeat no problem (albeit quiet - think it must have been lying in my back rather than at the front) but she seemed suprised I hadn't felt it move. I said I didn't notice Christopher till 22 weeks rather than the usual 18/20 weeks and she said "that's the first one though" which made me feel like I should have felt this one by now

Good morning ladies,
sorry I haven't been on but can't seem to get anything done while Ryan is off work! lol! I still haven't put my bump picture on but I'm determined to do it this weekend. Cole went into his own room (at last) on thursday night and has been fine so that's good and now he won't feel like he's being kicked out for the new baby!
Kerriann we went bowling and then for a mexican for Ryans birthday.....I drove while he got steaming drunk (as you do)! It was a really good day, think he really enjoyed it. He got some fab pressies too....I bought him a camcorder!
I'm getting super excited now for my scan which is in 1 week and 5 days, lol. I still don't feel certain about the sex so will be happy when they tell me and we have both said that we don't mind either way. It will be good to do some shopping though once we find out! Have also finally seen a tandem buggy that I like so will be saving up for that!
What have you all been up to?

I have been going to work but off today & tomorrow! yesterday my dad had to go the hospital & stay overnight & Ben also was in the same hospital! Couldn't believe it the 2 of them at the same time lol But they are both fine thankfully.

Haven't been on for a while cos its been rys birthday and have had a crazy week. Feel so knackered today. He had a really good day though so that's all that matters
Cole has cut a few more teeth too so you canimagine he's been keeping me busy!Kerriann I hope you are feeling better, I can't stand being ill anymore. It's not like you can just stay in bed and relax all day when you've got a lo to look after and it makes it 10 times worse when you are also preg cos you don't have the energy to begin with! Have you been going to work as well?
How is everyone else doing? Angela are you as excited as me about the 20 week scan?!? 2 weeks tomorrow! Yayyyy!

Yeah I'm due on the 11th (was the 16th by my reckoning but scan said 11th) and my next scan is the same day as Helen, 2 weeks on Friday. I have a midwife appointment on Thursday this week when will be 16+1.21/9/08 21:23

Think someone sat near me did though, god it smelled so bad He was really good, Ryan loved it. He was on stage for at least 3 hours with only a 15 minute break! I'm afraid I got a little fed up halfway through as we didn't have much leg room and I just couldn't stand to sit there but I did for Ryan I would definately go again-very funny. I can't believe how fast it's gone either....almost halfway through already! My bump is coming on well now and the maternity clothes are back in action. Gonna take a pic tomorrow and stick it on for all to see

OMG Helen 2 weeks until your next scan! That has come round really quick! Angela has her scan on the same date as you I think? My next scan is 27th Oct the day before my wedding anniversary
How was Lee Evans then? Did you need a Tena Lady? Lol

i have had such a crazy week and haven't been on much...went to my auntie's 60th birthday yesterday. Makes me feel old to think my auntie can now get a bus pass
It was a good birthday though...not a boring 60th but just all the family round eating and drinking and chatting in the back garden. It was such a nice day and Cole loved being outside all day. Hopefully I can relax a little today although my house is a tip due to me not doing anything yesterday. I'm starting to get excited for my next scan now....it will be 2 weeks on friday Anyone else got a scan coming up?xxx

Welcome tallie32, I'm Helen, I have 14 month old ds and I'm 16+5 with no. 2. I can understand how you're feeling cos it's like you've done it all once and then got a certain amount of your "independence" back and then you're starting all over again! It will all be worth it though once bubs is in your arms

Hi there, i'm new to bounty and just wanted to say hey...
My eldest is 13 and youngest 11 from a previous relationship and am now 16wks with baby number 3. Never thought id be starting again at my age, or even their age really!
I am swinging between utter joy and terror! Im happy really but this feels like a total emotional rollercoaster. Like you nik i was looking at work abroad, and was due to start a forensic science course this month but am so brain dead at the moment its unreal. i can barely remember my own name at times! Any way my freinds have started said course and are finding it hard going so i know i made the right decision but i still feel like im missing out on a great opportunity.... but then there is always open university.... and i will have a beautiful baby instead of assignments to look out for!
I also have a fibroid, at my 12wk scan they measured it at 4.5 cm but no-one mentioned extra scans or c-sections...... eeeeeeeeek....

Angela I'm thinking there's not much I will need to buy either, especially if it's a boy. I will need a double buggy though and still can't find one I like, think I'm just too picky but have only really looked on the internet. I need to go have a look in the shops and then I'll probably find one!
I'm crazy busy this week trying to organize things for Ryans birthday next week and I'm starting with a cold which I could really do without atm. Cole also has a cold, probably due to his injections....one of them was numonia......I know that is spelt soooo wrong but hopefully you'll all know what I mean! lol!
Have been so horrible to Ryan lately, hormones must be in overdrive! When I came downstairs this morning he came straight up to me and gave me a hug and I pushed him off and said 'leave me alone I'm tired and grumpy'!! Now he's gone to work and I feel so bad

We haven't bought anything yet but we've still got everything from last time tbh. Only really need another Cotbed (Christopher still in his cot & loves it), a new mattress for the moses basket & bottles, formula & nappies really which is great. If we have another boy we won't even need clothes as we must have about 10 black bags of clothes in the loft as we got lots of stuff bought/given to us by people whose boys were slightly older so we were really lucky.
I bought a pair of trousers for myself yesterday as the ones I have are still far too big but my normal ones are skin tight & uncomfortable!

Angela how you feeling hun? have you felt any movements? I would say it's normal not to feel any yet as bubs can be lying towards your back, I'm sure it is moving just not strong enough to feel it iykwim?
What have you all been up to? I think I will start my xmas & birthday shopping for Sophie at the weekend she will be 1 on the 21st Dec, I wont be buying a lot tho as she wont notice yet! lol
