Quite right...my bumps first gig will be mgmt next month. When i was expecting ds i was off sick a lot so just used to sit on pc listening to snow patrol and sigur ros.i also seen snow patrol when i was about 6 months gone...then the same album was number 1 when he was born. Since hes been born,if he cant settle we wack on that album and it totally chills him out...and hes 2 next month! You heard it here ladies, get those albums on repeat. Weve decided to get this next wee baby into the 2 most recent sigur ros albums, since well be seeing them at this festival!

This one came to Bon Jovi with me even though i didn't know it.... made me feel better about paying so much for golden circle tickets seeing as I managed to smuggle in one on board!

Scarlett saw Bon Jovi in my tummy and is only now getting into them. She didn't react inside me the whole time they were on stage, but went crazy during nickleback. However, when she was newborn the one thing that would soothe her was a band called Oblitatory (or something like that) really heavy/ black metal. Strange child.... She also is partical to a bit of Pantera and Down.

i took my dd to a westlife concert at 8 1/2 months gone with dd2. when we arrived we had to climb up stairs, as we were 30 rows up. the stewards were luvli and held my arm, much to dds disgust, lol.

anyhow, the concert was great and ashlee cried the whole way through as she was so overwelmed and b4 we knew it, it was over.

as we started the hike back down i realised i had a terrible sore back!

we made our way outside were dh was waiting with the cara and i mentioned how sore my back was, to which he just grunted-typical!

later in bed, the pain moved from my back to my tummy, so i decided to ring the hospital, just incase. they advised me to go up, and i was in labour lol

omg imagine kian and nicky delivering my baby-ashlee wud have been really discusted then!

I went to Glasto this year it was amazing! but I drank loads! I then found out that I was pregnant a week later. So my poor bean has been through quite a lot already. I think if you are going to a festival sober take plenty of soft drinks saves you buying them there, cos they can still cost an arm and a leg. I swore by my anti bacterial hand wash! and little packets of tissues. And your camera to show bean that he or she has been to a festival before he/she is born! xxx

because i had no symptoms until 2 weeks ago and now i am so ill with morning(all day) sickness that i cant eat anything and have lost 13lb! Even my boyfriend eating cereal the other morning made me sick- ridiculous i know. Im so gutted as the line up is magic and the website has some amazing photos. Some friends went last year and said it was great, i'm sure you'll have a ball. i hope its sunny then you can chill out. I would also recommend one of those cheapy camping chairs you can fold up and carry about with you, they cost about £5 at Asda and other places. I had one at T in The Park last year and it made all the difference because the ground was too wet to sit on. x

I'm expecting the worst kind of weather possible...it's scotland after all lol. Already got myself a pair of cool wellies and were going to go spending on tents ect this weekend. I suppose I'm quite lucky, I've not really had morning sickness this time round and I've told all my freinds that are going that I'm pregnant.

Its going to be so bloody hard though not drinking at one of these things!!!! I've managed to persuade DP to drive though, so if it gets too much on the Monday we can be up and out of there...rather than waiting on shuttle buses ect.

Can't believe my sprog will be at it's first festival even before its born....Maybe I'm going to hatch the future of rock n roll!!!

FrenchKiss....How come you decided against it????

Wow, you're brave! I was supposed to be going to V in Chelmesford this weekend at 11 1/2 weeks pregnant but have chickened out what with the constant nausea! I also thought it would be unfair on my friends with the complaining plus I don't really want people to know my little secret until I have to. Not to mention the late nights and boozing etc all my pals will be getting up to, fear they would drive me nuts and I would just sound like a misery guts!

Good luck and have fun, wrap up warm and take a brolly the weather doesn't look too hot... I'll be staying in with the new series of X factor. Rock On!!!  x

dont forget an eye mask. Even if youre tent is dark fabric, you'll still be woken up at the crack of dawn by the sunlight. I considered going to Connect aswell- hope its great fun x

Hiya,  Last year i worked at download 5 1/2 months pregnant and was fine, i would just say think comfort for sleeping and clothes. Plenty of pillows as someone has suggested and a decent blow up bed.

Make sure you take plenty of baby wipes and the antibacterial hand gel aswell  as there isnt  the best facilities for washing at most of these places.

Hope you have a great time

I'm soooo jealous, it's the Leeds festival next weekend and i'm dying to go but never managed to get tickets. After the recent weather I'd invest in some wellies and baby wipes! I hope you have a fab time!!

The one im going to is called connect, its on the banks of loch fyne and is based around inverary castle...looks brill but its only its 2nd year running and i heard the campsite last year was shocking.apperently it was not lit and there was a severe lack of toilets.i emailed them and told them my concerns and asked if they thought it would be suitable for a pregnant...but got no reply..how nice!

Wow! I did a bon jovi gig at 6 and a half months pregnant and that left me shattered, so I couldn't imagine doing a whole festival.

When i was pregnant with Scarlett, we had tickets to see a heavy metal band called monster magnet, but just as chris was about to sell our tickets the singer o.d'd. I would have been 12 weeks pregnant, but he was adament, I was going incase someone bumped into me or pushed me.

I'm seeing Coldplay in December... at least thats fairly M.O.R

    hi!
i did v festival 7 months pregnant with ds and it was an experience!  i took the usual but found a pillow for under the bump helped!
we manged to wangle disabled camping though and were able to park the car next to the tent!  we also managed to get to use the elevated areas for watching the bands rather that standing in the crowds
the negatives were needing to pee every 10 minutes   maybe get on of those lady/man wee things they now sell?  i have no idea what their real name is, sorry
my dh didn't really enjoy it though as he was really worried about me the whole time and felt me couldn't "let go" and get p***ed!!
we had tickets for reading festival this year but decided to sell them on as didn't want to do it again!
maybe take your own cooking equipment would be a good idea?  i know that i found knowing what i was eating helped!

    good luck and have fun
