Hi ladies - is everyone ok and had good weekends, mine was awful coz of fil from hell but he goes home tomorrow so can get back to normal. I have mw appoint on Weds can't wait to hear bump again although feel her (or him) so know they are ok and very strong!! Got to go into work on Weds with MATB1 form still having hassle sorting out materntiy leave I'm on and annual leave pay I'm due and return to work date hope next ml is alot more straight forward.
Are we all ready for Christmas or as ready as we'll ever be?? I just have one present left to get for my nan but might just let my sister sort it out and go halves. Going to try and get presents wrapped on wednesday afternoon as my mum is having Evie so I can have some me time.

Evening Elaine and Beth - I've been so ill but plodding on not daring to complain as I had a massive go at DH for moaning and groaning about his cold last week - although think I should be fully entitled to a grumble or two

I only get on in the evenings, still on maternity leave my lo is 11 months next week due back to work on 2nd January (so upset and stressed at the thought of it) but I'm only going back for January then taking annual leave entitlement then starting maternity leave - so you can see I'm not going to be the most popular person in the office!!
I've finished my christmas shopping, trying to wrap a couple of presents a day as I hate wrapping it drives me nuts. My living room looks like santas grotto we put our tree up at the weekend as my in-laws from ireland arriving this weekend and they are a complete nightmare.
Evie was 2 days early but I have a feeling that bump is going to late this time around, just a feeling I have, I could be wrong tho.
How are we all feeling generally??

Hiya Elaine - Hope your having a really good time in France, beats being here, I'm jealous. I normally only get 20 minutes surf time a day in work but Bounty isn't covered so I can come on here as much as I want when my horrible manager isn't around. I'm planning on having two weeks leave at the start of March and then go on maternity so last day will be the 27th February. What about you?
How's everybody else doing?

I hope I didnt break the thread! I had to search ages back to find it
Sorry Ive not been back on since I asked to join, but have been really busy and I probably wont be on for a few days after this either! Ive had an old friend from uni staying for a few days, then tomorrow we go to France until monday as its my dads 60th birthday. Im really looking forward to going, I havent seen my parents since june, so Im sure theyll notice a massive difference in dd!Beth...my partner is from Newport...all his family are still there. We're going there for Christmas this year.
Ive had a quick read through the thread, trying to catch up with all thats happened

Do you all just use the computer when youre at work? I dont really get a chance to get on whilst Im at work, unless its first thing in the morning. When are you all planning on starting mat leave?

Hi Elaine - you are most definately welcome to join us. I was due last year on the 30th August and went two weeks over so I know what you mean about being one of the last ones to give birth. My bump buddy had an eight week old by the time I had Alfie!
Where is your partner originally from? I live in Bridgend but am originally from Cardiff.
Can't believe it is Monday again, we went shopping yesterday and all the things we went for were out of stock. Hopefully booking next Monday off and going shopping with hubby as Alfie will be in the childminders. Christmas is coming so quickly now and then it will only be eight weeks until I start maternity.

Hi girls, I wonder if you would mind if I joined you? I was originally in the due in april forum, but my dates got changed to March 27th some time ago. I havent had a chance to read back over the thread yet, I just wanted to check you didnt mind me joining in first. when I was pg last time round I was due towards the end of january but ended up going 3 weeks over and my dd was the last to be born in my due in forum, so I thought it would be nice to be able to chat to ladies who are also due the end of the month this time round

Anyway, my name is Elaine and Im 32 *sob* I have one dd whos 21 months and am expecting a boy this time round. I currently live in London, but am in the process of selling my flat and am hoping we will have moved by the time bubs comes along. Ive been with dp about 6 years and hes from South Wales, although hes been living and working in London for years now.

Had break at centre parcs was a nightmare felt more bloody exhausted than if I'd been at home my mil and fil were such a headache around evie, my dh came down with a bad cold and sickness now evie has it and I'm trying to pretend I'm fine but my throat is killing me and runny nose so think I'm kidding myself. I'm going to loo loads from about 5pm onwards its really strange coz I don't always need it and other times I almost wet myself as i think its false alarm lol!!
We put our christmas tree up today it took ages evie ended up covered in glitter from all the baubles but she was very cute.
Now going to bed as been up all night with evie for last couple of nights and assume tonight will be the same poor little thing, plus bump is definately a night time baby!!!!

Yeah - I'm finally on the internet - it's been broken in work for the last few days along with all electronic filing and emails so I've been twiddling my thumbs a bit and couldn't get on to see what's been happening.
Have decided that I'm going to try sleeping on my head and then the baby might move up a bit!!! I went for a pee about 100 times yesterday and it was just the baby not that I needed to go.
How's everybodies week going?

Hope you all have a good week speak soon x

Hello ladies - glad to see we have a few more ladies joining in. I can't believe it's Monday already, one thing about being so busy on the weekends, feels like I haven't had one.
I know this is tmi but this feeling of having heavy bits is really getting on my nerves, it's giving me trouble trying to have a poo and feels horrible all the time, even if I'm sitting down it still hurts. I hope this doesn't mean that baby's going to fall out!!

I havent really suffered with constipation this time as i have been having an enormous bowl of branflakes every morning, sometimes even in the evening too!!
I dont really have much of bump yet, really trying to control weight gain as overweight already and dont want to end up with diabeties or something! I havent lost the weight from my prev boys. Im well on my way to a bump though as i have not been able to stop eating all day today and its not been fruit and veg!!!
I didnt find out with my first two but i really felt pressured this time as i didnt want everyone saying stuff like 'what will you do if you have another boy' or 'are you hoping for a girl' Im really happy bout having another boy, its really not an issue. I would ideally like to have one more bubs after this one so i have 4 offspring. As for names well i dont have a clue! My husband is a muslim so we pick names that will suit all! My sons have muslim names but when shortened they are english names. Im really struggling to find name no 3.
Glad your keeping well its nice to be back in touch! lolx

Hi welcome back, glad scan went well and congrats on baby boy no3, how exciting. Wish I'd found out sometimes but the surprise will be nice. Pg going ok haven't been sick for a while now, heartburn has started and sorry if tmi but been constipated for ages which is driving me crazy nothing works, my bump is huge and I have a terrible heat rash on my feet altho I've been freezin all day today so hopefully won't suffer tonight. I will try and get on tomorrow/monday am as I'm off to centre parcs with in-laws for the week so won't be able to get on until next weekend just in case you think I've disappeared. Have you thought of any names yet? As you can see from our posts Beth has some ideas but I'm completely stumped for boys name.
speak soon x

Hello mate - hope your better after the dentist, I used to smoke before I got pregnant with Alfie and my gums never bled (a bad thing) but they bleed loads now.
Been helping my mother today at her Christmas fayre and I'm knackered. Some stupid person gave Alfie a Kitkat which I wasn't very happy about, means he will have the runs at some point. Why would you give somebodies child something, what happened if he was allergic to stuff?
Been up to anything nice so far this weekend?

You're right everyone else has gone awol - hope its nothing we said lol!
For girls name it was easy Grace Florence after both my nan's (one of whom has lung cancer and may not be around for the birth) but we are completely stuck for a boy have only agreed on Aiden so far but think I've gone off it. Last time we agreed on Doyle Matthew but this time it doesn't feel right.
Been to the dentist today i told him my gums were sore and he still bloody poked around with them and made them worse.......git!!!!

Hiya mate - looks like it's just you and me on this thread now. My hubby also felt the baby move on the weekend so that would good. We're having a nightmare on trying to come up with names, Alfie was a 5 minutes job but can't seem to find one we both like. He likes Paige and Laney but I want something more traditional. For a boy, I would like Henry but he's not 100%.
Have you come up with any names yet?

Sorry not been on in a while, glad your scan went well. My scan looked like a girl as well but bump was so wriggly I could be very wrong. Good news about line manager change!!
I haven't been sick for over a week now, it's great except I'm actually feeling crap been sooooo tired this week for some reason and my bump likes to come awake at night which means between Evie not sleeping, trips to loo and being kicked by bump I don't get much sleep. DH felt bump kicking at weekend which was exciting so glad over the half way mark now.

Hello all - not been on for a while it seems. Rubbish Roger has moved me so he can see my screen all the time now which is gutting. Good news though, aftr a particularly terrible meeting with him on Friday which left me shaking in the car park for 3/4 hour afterwards before I could drive home, he has suggested that my Line Management change to my last one which is fantastic!!
What's news with everybody? I have my third scan on Monday and when the lady was showing me the babies back and bottom, it moved slightly and she said "you found out the sex of the baby did you" and when I said no she quickly moved the thing away from my belly becuase I guess it was a good image of the sex. I think I've seen that it's a girl but I can't be sure. I was there on my own so can't ask anyone!

Evening ladies - are we all ok, no one been on for a few days, did scans and re-scan (beth) all go ok, hope so xx
Had my scan today bump is fine very lively which i can tell because where they are laying at mo I feel lots of strong kicks which - sounds daft - but can often hurt.
Let me know how you all got on xxx

Just thought I might start a thread for anybody due on the 26th March.
I'm Beth, I'm 26 and live in South Wales. I have a little boy called Alfie who will be 1 this Friday. He was two weeks overdue and I had a home birth. I've have a lot more sickness this time so can't wait to feel better!
Has everybody had their scans yet?
