    yup, I saw my consultant and mentioned it to her 2 weeks ago. She said to take co-drydamol, (although didnt give me a script!) and if it wasnt any better in a week to let my MW know. I saw my mw on weds and told her, she didnt even look up at me and just mumbled to take paracetomol. I told her I had been and it wasnt helping, so she said to leave it 3 weeks! I know theres not a lot they can do for it, but you would have thought the earlier you got referred the better it would be.

    hi, i started having the pains a few weeks ago now, and when i went to mw she told me it cant be spd at such an early stage!! stupid cow!! well it is that and i got referred to the physio, so make sure you tell her you want referred hun, they give you some good tips how to sit stand and walk wether your at home or at work, and special cusions you can buy and they will give you a couple of easy exercises to do too.. x

    hiya, Im 23 weeks today and ive had SPD/ Pelvic Girdle Pain for about 2 weeks now and i can tell its getting slowly worse. Saw the midwife yesterday who literally couldnt have cared less and offered no help or options. Is anyone else getting this? x
