10 I tought that if they were different sex's it was till their combine age was 12. oh well i'm sure there right or they have just made up there own rules. My DH isn't to bad with the kids can't do night feeds as i'm BF but helps out with lily a lot. they get on relly well. dh works for the MOJ so can't take about his work to much. as we are married and i do all the bills etc i get to spend all his money
Only did house work today as lil was at nuseary. It to warm to take Alex out he's not coping with the heat to well. He did find his baby voice today so we had our first conversation (in the losest sence of the word) and giggle which was loverly.

no the council think the kids can share till one of em hits ten so thats 8 years
but apparently they wana knock these flats down in 2010, and if they do i will refuse to move till i get a house. loldp dnt help much with the kids he does the odd night feeds etc but dnt help out as much as he should, and has never ever given me a penny towards kai, or bought him anything. he aint ever bought dd much either a few bits when she was born ( shes 3 in august memba lol) and all he bought her was 2 vests a babygrow and a pair of trainers lol
does ur dp help you much? u got any plaans for today? its boiling here again 2day, so we probs gonna go n sit over the park!

my secret was chocolate for using the potty and we have had real trouble getting her to use the loo so we went out and she chose a toilet seat (it was pink grrrrr) and offered her ice cream if she used it. Bribery works wonders with a toddler. Lily is already at nursery 3 days a weekend has been since i start my job when she was 1 yr. We did think about taking her out when i went on Mat leave but she really likes it there and it gives me time to spend just on Alex.
Sounds like you've had a lot of upheaval in your life recently with jobs DP family and houses hopefully it will all settle down soon. Are the council going to pull there finger out and get you a house soon? How's your DP with the kids does he give you much help?

my dd aint potty trained yet, its wierd she was in our old flat at 18 month sold, but we had to move due to violence n me n her dad splitting up ( violence was his family) but we back 2geva now, but we were living in hostels 4 a while n it kinda got her back into nappies, now she refuses to get rid lol
whats ya secret... lol
wd to ur dd for using toilet what a clever girl, does she start nursery in sept? my dd does .. am well scared cuz ill be gutted when she aint here lol

wow you've had almost the complete opposite birth experences that i have. I still can't beleive i did both with no pain relef and only had a small tear that didn't need stiches with lily. Both our little girls are close in age too as lily is 3 on sep 1 st. Bless her she has been potty trained since xmas but use the toilet for the first time today. I'm so proud.
Just watch sex and the city move it's fab have you seen it yet?

i thought id love my double as it didnt mean id have to walk dd with her reins and push ds.... instead i cud push em both...but i live on 3rd floor flats....and it dont fit thru my front door so i have to fold it to get in/out...then go down the lift ( if it works which aint often if not have to go down 6 flights of stairs;then fold it to get through main door....so its just a pain lol
omg wow... i cant believe ur 1st birth story that is amazing... and the fact u did it with no pain relief you are sooo much braver than me lol
how did you find a home birth id love one but am too much of a wimp lol
well dd1 i was due 2nd august o5... at 10 days over i was induced by pessary, nothing, so had my 2nd lot that afternoon, still nuffin... so the next day they left me thinkin id go on my own... nothin... so 3rd day had my final pessary n still nothing... that ater noon went to get waters broken....but was so busy didnt happen till 8am on tuesday 16th august... as soon as i had em broken was put on drip str8 away... that was 9am...had epidural at midday, didnt work, had 2nd at 2pm that worked i was 3cms... by 6pm i was 9.5cms n told 2 push when ready.. it took 23 mins n she was out .. i had 2nd degree tear n was stiyched for over an hour inside n out....she was 7lb 15oz
then ds was due 26th april but i went into early labour 3 times with him, once at 24 weeks, again at 28 then again at 30... but each time i was ok and then i went into slow labour at 33/34 weeks.. and that lasted till i was 41 weeks, then i had a sweep on 2nd may n she could feel his head but i was only 1cms...she booked me 4 induction on 6th at 7am, but said she didnt expect me to make it. i was contracting strongly but irregular till the 4th at bout 9pm... then they got really bad but still not regular.went bed at 10ish pm, then woke loads in night n got my show ( i had this when in labour with dd so kinda knew it would be soon) on the 5th i woke up at 5am.. and was really wriggling in pain... att this point i got dp and dd and my bro up ( he was staying) and we went to my mums )( i live 45 mins from hossie mum lives 5) got there bout 6.had a really hot bath../ but by 1pm decided to go hossie n get checked over... was 1cms-2cms, told could go home or be admitted to ward..i choose to go home n come bk when unbearable, she gave me massive sweep and said she expected to see me b4 she went home ( she went home at 9pm), went home n dd was dancing me round lounge like a loon lol, by 8pm mum n dp made me go back and i was 3cms... they said they would keep me in etc...wasnt dialating past 3cms so by 1am i had my waters broken n epidural ( but epidural didnt work n they wouldnt get it redone as they said i was managing with pain too good..wtf i was in tears). also when they broke my waters there was meconium in em.... his hb was dropping with each contraction so was bieng monitored constantly and they were listening in to hb aswell every15 mins for sum reason.... by 6.15am on tuesday 6th may, i was 10cms n told to push when i was ready... his head come out but then his shoulders got stuck and she had t stick her hand up n turn him ( tmi sorry) but omfg that hurt more than nefin. neway we finally got him out ( with mw, student mw, and doctors n resucitation team ( luckily didnt need resucitation tho) weighing in at 9lb 1oz only had 4 stitches.
and he was born at 6.56am and i was meant to be induced 4 mins later haha!!
neway sorry that was loooonnnggg if ya still awake lol

I love my double buggy can't believe i got DH to agree to me spending the money on it.
Well OK here goes with the birth stories My dd was my first pregnancy and the MW completely missed that she was bum first. Well I went into labour but at the time didn't really know cause it was my first time and i was expecting contractions to start around 10 or 20 Min's apart.. It also didn't help that i was 39 weeks and had no show. Anyway contractions started at 3 Min's apart and after 15 Min's of this i phoned the hospital, they said that it was probably a false alarm and just to stay calm but come in if i couldn't cope with the pain. I then got in the bath to try and relax. DH got out of bed to see where i was i told him I'd be contracting for 45 Min's at that point and what the hospital had advised. I then told him to go back to bed and I'd be up a bit later. 30 Min's later in the bath just 1hr 15 min after they started my waters went and a foot/leg popped out!! Needless to say i screened for DH (we have a downstairs bathroom) he came running down to see 2 feet hanging out of me (sorry if TMI) he called 999 and was told there was no MW in the area available and they would send an ambulance. While the ambulance got here DH was told what to do by a MW over the phone. The Ambulance got lost so they sent another (we live in a town centre less than 7 Min's from the hospital) at this point i could no longer hold off pushing and told DH that i couldn't wait any more. Bless him he was really good and seam calm at the time and with the next few pushes she was born into his hands.
After that I planed to have DS at home. he was due on the 3rd but was born on the 8th had been having strong BH for a few days on and off about 10-8 mins apart but on The 7th stayed up and watched the elephant man program shortly after that finished. the real thing kicked in contractions 2-3 mins apart. called DH down to start putting up the birthing pool. Phoned the MW who came around 30 Min's later gave me a quick check and i was 7 cm. she called the other MW who was there in 15 mins. Mean while i had got in the pool DH was running around with buckets of water keeping it the right temp then about 2 hours after it all started i pushed him out with 4 pushes . he was perfect the MW cleared up and i got to sleep in my own bed sooooooooo good no hospital beds!
We always said we would have 2 kids a girl and a boy and DH is happy with that i was to but I'm feeling very broody at the mo so we will see may have more in a year or so. What about your stories

yeah only to the park but was good fun.
i hate my double buggy cnt get it newhere, so i usually get dd to walk haha
my parasol is the same ( from ethal austin) there rubbish... so i got dps m8 to bring his fishin brolly over 4 shade lol

Yeah really lucky on the job front got full pay for 9 months then can take 3 months unpaid then take all the hoils I've earned in the year before i go back works out I'll have 13 months off
then i go back 3 days a week. Its not a great job a a lot of people don't like it when i tell them but I'm a section manger at a court 
sorry to hear that you got sacked i was told in my previous job after i got pregnant with DD that i wasn't welcome back after mat leave but at least they gave my leave i would have thought family would have been more understanding oh well. The weathers been great hear today took the double buggy out and tried the parasol out. Complete waste of money I end up adjusting it every 2 minutes, mite have to do some rethinking on that. yeah kallie adores him,... but sometimes gets a bit jelous ... its wierd tho cuz its only really at night time

what job u got? i dont work atm... i got the sack 4 gettin pregnant... ( but it was cash in hand... with my uncles gf... and i said id work till end then obv no pay whilst away n go back after) bt she sacked me
oh well lol.. wont be lookin 4 a job till after xmas neway now

Just been a bit nosy and had a look at you pic's looks like your 2 get on really well. I bet thats nice we had to try for ages to get lily to hold Alex so we could get a photo.

Well I'm 25, 26 in september i also have to kids a DD who is 2 1/2 and Alex who is 8 weeks . I live in northampton with my DH and i'm not planing to go back to work till April

well kai has been a right pain in the sun today, he was good y'day slept thru it but today hes cried all day, been sick bout 6 times, had 12 bottles( 9oz each) arrrggghhh
just wish this reflux and colic would go away, its soo horrible,
kallie got accepted into nursery today
she starts in september with full days which is good cuz usually there only half days round here.
