For the lady who adds Lavender oil to her baths, dont! My mum is a qualified aromatherapist and said Lavender oil can induce pregnancy and is one of the oils you should not use during pregnancy. Please be careful with any oil you use. Google it! I too cannot sleep properly. I work and have a 4 year old to run around after and am being sick 24 hours a day so im dreading this pregnancy!

I've not slept properly for the past week, when I finally get DD to sleep which has been 11pm for the last few weeks as soon as I go to bed after 5 mins I have to get up & go to the toilet & again about 15 mins after that then I'm awake at 5am & can't get back to sleep until arond 7am then I'm up at 8ish with DD, so tired for this last week.  Have tried the warm milk I have a mug before I go to bed but guess thats why I'm up peeing for the next hr!

Morning. Try a warm milky drink before bed time and a nice relaxing bath with a bit of lavendar oil in it. It worked for me. I usually only sleep for about 4 hours a night but when i did that i slept for 10 Hope this helps and you get a better nights sleep
