the nausea has kicked in today and i bloody hate it and i also feel really tired and just want to fall asleep all time but cant as i have 5 kids to look after, also cant eat much at the moment going to try some soup to see if it helps, anyone got any advice for nausea to ease it
thats me first thing in a morning feeling so sick until i eat breakfast
