when i was pg with dd i tried everything to stop it...ginger everything, drops on pillow, biscuits, dry toast, dry cereal, sea bands (they just hurt loads)....nothing worked because nothing would stay down long enough to work, all fluids included!!by 5 months the doc had to put me on tabs to stop me being sick as wasn't gaining any weight...tbh i think the sickness remedies won't be much good if you are really bad with it, cos you can't keep anything down long enough xx thats very early to be being sick that much, you're not having twins are you??? xxx

    Stacey - try these:

Jacobs Cream Crackers (have to be Jacobs), eat them dry, and try to eat a few before you even get out of bed.

Sparkling water - I'm finding this helps a lot.

Ginger biscuits, or fruit teas with ginger in, or even crystallised ginger.  Ginger's really good at soothing a queasy tummy.  Stay off the ginger beer though, I seem to recall reading somewhere that ginger beer is bad, but I don't know why.

    Peppermint tea - marvellous stuff

Try to not let yourself get hungry, I find the hungrier I am the sicker I feel.  I also don't like rich, fatty foods at the moment (even salad dressing makes me feel ill!), so I'm eating most things dry.

Sea sickness bands, these didn't work for me with DS, but they work for some people and they don't cost a lot.

Hope some of this helps, I hate feeling sick all the time!

I am having worse symptoms every day, started just feeling sick, but now im being sick, really tired and have bad back too, keep getting bad headaches and used to take anadin as it was the only thing that worked but cant have that now!! But its all for a good cause i suppose!!

The only thing im finding hard is, because i havent really told any1 yet, ive got to try and hide it and my sickness is not just mornings its all day!!! any ideas? Just hid away until i tell everyone?
