Thank you all for your replies.  Lulubud - thats the first time anyone has suffered the same with a positive outcome!  How far gone are you now?  Have they told you its all well now?

Hi chic yes I had this too and I also have a reverted womb. I have had scans weekly from 5 weeks and every week its a different size and shape on the screen. had to get an internal scan till 8 weeks.

sorry hun never heard of this before, have you asked the same question on general pregnancy? maybe some one there may be able to help if they have been through the same thing. How far did you think you were before your scan?

I had my private dating scan.  They tried normal scan and then did internal scan.  The sac is there and a yolk and she said I'm very eary - about 5 weeks at the most.  Problem is she said i've got a slightly irregular gestational sac.  Have looked this up on google and it pretty much means chances of miscarriage are likely :-(

Midwife who scanned me said things could change and it could be ok and to come back in 2/3 weeks time (if I haven't bled in meantime).

The only positive i've found on google is that I have a tilted womb which can sometimes make early scans difficult but think i'm clutching at straws...

Has anyone had this before?
