Hi Paula, Yeah it's fine to sleep on your tummy, I used to be worried about it but the mw said it was ok. Enjoy slleping how you normally sleep cause as you get bigger it will be impossible x -

Hi i sleep on my stomach to with my ds i carried on till i rolled over then i bought a coshion to slip underneeth my belly i bought a V coshion and it done as a nurshing one to!!! the mw told me it does no harm x

Hiya!
Feel really silly but i normally sleep on my belly and since finding out i am pg with #2 i am paranoid about sleeping on my belly! As a result i am not sleeping to good.
Is it ok to sleep on my belly? I feel so silly asking! haha!
So glad I found this, i'm expecting my 3rd and never slept on my stomach after 12 weeks for fear of squashing dd and ds - shall hopefully be able to sleep better now, well for a while longer anyway.
