thanks for your replies ladies i probably have been doing too much was sweeping garden on day 7!! so mil told me to rest this weekend which i have and feel better already.

the numbness in my leg is calming has to be the epidural as it only worked on my left side and that is the leg im suffering with hopefully it will go with time.

i dont think 1 of my stitches had healed either think its come open got mw tom so will see whats happening, thanks again xx

I had an epidural but only experienced back ache for a long time afterwards, especially when laying on my left hand side (the side they had me on for most my labour especially after i fainted)

Im still getting the period / mild contraction pains 8 days afterwards but they are slowly going away.

Also i keep getting shooting pains where my stitches are.

Other than that im not sure about the other things sorry

I am sore too hun, i feel like i stil have spd get sharp pains up me bits and my hips hurt and legs go funny when i walk, i am hoping its my body healing itself ( i hope lol )

I have period pains also and the after pains lasted for over a week. i was having to have pain killers in the night.

Lovely this pregnancy and labour stuff isnt it ?? hope you feel better soon hun xx

i had the shooting pains in my bits - bloody horrible that was, and also period pains. i have been in agony many times.

sorry but i need a few answers about whats going on with my body!!!!! its been 10 days after giving birth.

1) after an epidural has anyone experienced an achey and numb leg?? not all the time but a few times a day?

2)shooting pains going up my bits and my back passage, i had a 2nd degree tear

3) period pains still

4) twinges all over my body

would really appreciate any replies xx
