Keep exprssing at the same time every day and you'll soon get more but tha's a really good amount to start with.  get freezing any that you don't give to lo - you can get bm storage bags from boots. Then you'll be ok to have a night out soon!  Do keep giving ebm form a bottle once or twice a week to make sure your lo doesn't go off the idea!

Hi girls I expressed for the first time to day and got 3 0z after 5 minutes on each breast.  (the instructions said to start with 5 minutes each side and work up to 15 minutes each side.

It is now in the fridge - silly question but wanted to check - do I warm up it up before hubby gives it to lo later?  I know you do that with formula but wasn't sure about expressed milk?

Anyone know?  Do I just put bottle in boiling water?

    Help please - novice alert!!

    xxx
