There were a few posts on 0-3 about reestablishing breast feeding. I think you also need to put lo on the breast too as well as express. I'll see if I can find the posts for you.

as far as i know using a pump would stimulate boobies to make milk i gave up bf on a sun by the mon all mine had gone so guess it also depends how much your body produces x x x

Ok so i stopped BF like 3 1/2 weeks ago but my breasts are still leaking alittle, so i'm wondering if i started expressing alittle bit do you think my milk would return? i'd like to give bf another go i gave up because i'm nipples were cracked & bleeding badly
