Hi, I live near Kiddicare and have never had a problem with them.. am shocked people have had problems! They fixed a pram, for free, that I didn't even buy from them! Granted it was just a couple of rivets, but most places would still have charged me!
From what I know of the store, you'll have no problem. Give them a call, they may even be able to pick it up etc.
Sorry to hear about the buggy though, that really sucks

I am on my second Phil and Ted in 3 yrs and have never had any problems. I did have a problem with harness on double seat on my first one, but to be honest I think I actually broke it but it was replaced without quibble under guarantee.
I would ask shop for a courtesy pram if they insist on sending it off. I would expect them just to give you or fix the part for you as it all comes off really easy and these parts and fabrics are actually available to buy as spares.
I have read some bad reviews in the past on Bounty re Kiddicare so hope you have no problems.

Has anyone recently brought the above Pram. I have used mine since end of June and the back bit where you put in the cocoon has started to spilt down the sides. We brought this pram because it was suposed to be a good one, cost over £450.00 with cocoon and extra seat and now this has happened. We got ours from Kiddicare in Peterborough so will have to wait for DP to work near there to take it back. Am hoping they will replace it as I have a two month old and an 18 month old and I cannot be without a pram for weeks. I am very disappointed that this has happened

Thanks for your reply's. I have not problem with Kiddicare I am sure they will be fine, I am just disappointed to have spent so much on a pram for this to happen in two months.
