I used super plus tampax and pads hun. It didn't do me any harm and I really believe I needed them as I bled through the tampax!
I thought you were told not to use tampax for the after birth bleeding but it was ok for first period

I tried them as I was so heavy but found them a little uncomfortable.

are we not supposed to? cos i did lol was heavey which is y, was leaking thru even 2 pads and having to change them every 1-2 hours!
