I fell pregnant when my little girl was 6 months old after a c-section, started trying after 4 months.  I had another planned section this time and everything was fine.  No one mentioned any time limits to me either time. 

i was never told anything after my emergancy section 4 and a half years ago. i feel pg again when oliver was 10 months old and went on to have a vbac with no problems. when it comes to my body my moto is it took 9 months to get that way so leave it 9 months to get back to normal b4 u try! u will no whe ur ready hth x

After I had my emergency c-section they said that you should not fall pregnant within 12 months due to the wound healing. Has anybody fallen pregnant before this? Ideally I wanted to have mine close together and as I had lots of problems falling pregnant in the first place would like to try while i am supposed to be more fertile, but obviously without putting my life in jeopardy. Thanks
