PMSL...I will get it recorded, on video and put it online!! I think it was visually just as spectacular - at one point I bit a hole in DP's jeans whilst on my hands and knees on the bed with bum in the air after being in transition for 2 hours (no meds) and trying not to give birth..(don't forget, everyone is also shouting still) hmmm, Maybe they could use it in schools as contraceptive education hehehehe maybe looking into a spinal next time, or just go for the home birth with a nicer widwife!!
Bump is good, I'm surprised how much quicker it has balooned this time - outgrown my combats to sit down in, and tummy aches whenever I wear anything tight, so maternity jeans already..however I started a stone heavier this time so didn't have as far to go lol..
Dannysmum, do you feel different this time? do you have support for the little man if you do end up poorly? Which we all pray you don't, so you can't!!!!

Bump! Just before it heads over the page!

How are all us 2nd time mums doing? How are the symptoms this time?
I've nothing definate so far, brief nausea, sore back occasionally, few cramps a bit more tired than I have been and eating all round me! lol. Although I've defo had lots more wind this past couple of weeks!

Lexyluck - I'm sure I speak for us all when I request that you make a sound recording of your next labour!!!!!!!!!!! PMSL!!!!! That was hilarious!!!!
.I had a MW with a stutter and spent the whole time saying 'don't finish her sentences' over and over again in my head so I wouldn't offend her!!!! Wish u'd been there! hahaha...
Dannynbumps mum, I really hope you don;t get it so bad this time! You had a rough one! Although I'm sure you wouldn't have had it any other way coz u got ur beautiful boy at the end

How are we all finding bump growth this time round?
Hope ur all well

TPx

Hiya I am on baba number 2, I am married to Gavin and have ds Daniel who is 2 1/2. I had a really tough pregnanct last time, i was completely immobile from about 6 weeks to 6 months then i was to bloomin fat to move! i had severe sciatic nerve pain. after all that i then went 19 days over due, then had all sorts of inductions including a manual attempt at breaking my waters with a ruddy great hook
then syntocin after all that i had a c-sec and my son was not breathing when he was born and had to be resuscitated.... however he is fine now! So i am not sure why i want to do this all again! lol but i do i really really do! -

Hmm, who are these bump touching funny people? I wouldn't dream of groping someones unborn baby... as annoying as the people who have to comment on whether you're too big or too small, too high or low...aaarrrggh (hormones, honest, i am a calm person

I wish I could have had some pride actually, however my midwife changed shift at 6cm, we'd ben having a real laugh and the one who took over was horrible, and an epidural pusher, i was terrified of the idea of being numb so she just shouted at me, alot, telling me not to push yet..i told her every time i wasn't and in the end i shouted at her that if she didn't think I could do it then f**ing give me a general anasthetic, leave it to the experts and f** off out of the room..I remember yelling 'there are 4 people shouting in this room and there should be ONE, ME, so SHUT UP!!!'
Such a good church going girl too, it is very unusual for me to swear...ooopps, think i'm forgiven that one..

Hi there ladies, I'm Alex and a grand old 36 years, will be 37 by the time bubs is born...oooh thats harsh! I have a little boy, David who will be 3 on may 29th, so this one could be a real birthday present for him as I'm due on June 3rd. Was hoping for a slightly smaller gap, but hey ho, we aren't always in control of these things!!! Don't think I'm as nervous as i would have been if it was closer, as i've forgotten enough to be romantic about it again lol... I just remember shouting at the tv to f*** off while Julie Andrews sang 'climb every mountain'...of course it was a bank holiday, about 8 cms dilated..in fact every one got a similar greeting around that time!!!!

Yay! I am Hannah and my DD is 14 months, (And I thought I was having a small gap!) First pregnancy, labour & breastfeeding went swimmingly without any problems whatsoever (except the weight gain, which I had lost and now will probably put back on
)- making me 100% more worried this time as something will obviously go wrong!
Argh, why is it SO much scarier this time round! -

as the title says really, if this is your second baby, feel free to post here*** src="http://my.bounty.com/smiley/msn/regular_smile.gif" alt="" />
i'm onto bump 2, dd is 6 1/2 months, we decided we wanted to get past the sleepless nights and dirty nappies all in one go, rather than have a 3, 4, 5 year wait and then go back to that all again*** src="http://my.bounty.com/smiley/msn/regular_smile.gif" alt="" />.
i had a fairly easy labour with dd (thanks to an epidural!) and i hope this one will be the same, but i really really hope i don't have to be induced this time. although i'd rather be induced early than have an even bigger baby this time and end up with a c-section.
like everyone, i don't mind what i have this time as long as he/she is healthy, but half of me can't imagine having a boy after having dd, but half of me would love one of each.
i won't be finding out the sex unless it's a boy and is really obvious at one of the scans! lol
just waffling now, if you pop in, introduce yourself and waffle a bit too*** src="http://my.bounty.com/smiley/msn/regular_smile.gif" alt="" />
