I'm a sad old scrooge.... tree goes up as close to xmas eve as possible!! However the reason is festive - I love a real tree, love the way it smells and feels, plus we have 2 christmasses; one at dp's mums in the country (very traditional for a few days from xmas eve to boxing day++) then we get back and I host another christmas day for my family a couple of days later...so the tree would die if i put it up in November and we wouldn't look like Bing Crosby and Doris Day with a dead tree on our 2nd wave of festivities!!!

i only put my tree up now cause its my cousins birthday and she asked me to! i wont put it up this early next yr cause my lo will be 2 nhalf this yr hes only 18 months so does not understand yet so i wann aget it up now 2 prepare him. 

i put a different thing up each week from now tho, weekend it will be my reindeer n sleigh in the garden then i wil prob do my window displays the weekend after!!

1st dec here to and i have a lil tree for DD's room too haha x

mines going up 1st december i love xmas and would put it up now but don't want to look like a weirdo lol i can't wait though dd couldn't move last yr so i see it spending alot of time on the floor xxxxxxxxx

mines is going up on sunday too!! cant wait, dd has a tiny one up in her room atm!! xx

i dont put mine up til about a week before christmas!
i love christmas but the decs drive me mad after a couple of weeks
might be different when we have a little one mithering to put them up tho x

I dont put mine up until the 10th decemebr. My brother died on the 10th december 5 years ago so i always said i would always wait to put my tree up.

crack on and stick that tree up are you putting lights outside to well i cant wait to stick mine which will be the 1st so that all the pressies can go under at the same time then its sit back n relax

You seriously putting yours up this early? hehehehe I am christmas mad, but I always put my tree and decs up the first weekend in December. Otherwise christmas seems to go on forever and the kids don't get excited enough hahahaha

Mine's going up a week on Sunday, really wanted to put it up for my dd birthday party this weekend but my dh said a very definate no!  Boo!  Probably wouldn't have time now anyway, so next Sunday it is, hooray! x

nope not yet puting ares up at the end of the month tho, drading it tho cus my 16mth old has to have hes hands on everything so it wnt be up for long!! lol
