I'll be getting bubs a soft toy after my 20wk scan, did the same for Daniel.

We didn't find out what Daniel was at our 20wk scan, we wanted the surprise. So we have 0-3mth clothes in white and unisex colours. Daniel hardly got to wear them as he grew so quick so they're still as good as new. So bubs will have these when born.

As for big things, like a new cot, we'll wait til we're a bit closer to our due date.

I've kept everything from when Daniel was a baby, the only thing we need is a steriliser.

I wone be buying anything until after my 20 week scan. That way, I know all is ok and I will know whether to buy pink or blue!!

I have kept loads of DS's stuff so Iv got lots of boys clothes. God help us if its a girl.....I will go CRAZY in the shops. There is so much more choice for little girls xx

this is my second child, my first i brought alot of mutual clothes, and all the pink clothes i gave to my sister who had her baby 3 weeks ago! .. but still have lots anyway, but i relised i dont need many outfits this time, mainly vest and sleepsuits which dont cost much anyway

i have a mamas and papas ultima pram, which i used for 2 months, so good as new, will use it again, and get a buggy board for it!

and my DD is in her cot bed make into a bed, but i will make it back into a cot, and just buy a toddler bed for my DD she can keep the matress from her bed though, and i will get a new matress for the baby :D

i need a moses basket though!.. i have all bedding and loads of blankets and shawls!

and ive got a changing mat, top and tail bowl, and baby box, all in yellow and green lucky i got alot of mutual coulours!

all i need to buy is clothes really!

dont need bottles or steriliser as breast feeding again ..

this time round i want to get everything myself, and my partner aswell .. last time i was lucky i had my family to help, but they helped to much! and i ended up getting the grant and spending it on baby clothes, and puting most of it into my DD's saving acount :O

i havent brought anything as of yet though, i should be moving so dont want to get anything until i move!

i will buy a week thing after 12 weeks scan the just get bits and bobs until 20 week scan when i will feel a lot safer x

Hiya ladies!! am only gunna start buying after my 20wk scan, cuz i want get blue or pink ya see plus i waited till that time b4 i started buying for my 1st baby! sarah 11wk 2days

We r only buying the basics really u know vests n stuff , not masse's of it apart from fact of gifts as well as we'd ave no idea what size it will be so said we will buy 3 new borns and a few 0=3 months then go out when baby here to get things we need. Im not buying pram/cot until im 30 weeks ish,

I personally won't be buying anything until the 20 week scan has been done without incident.  Just to point out the 20 wk scan is more than a sex scan following the experience with my ds I have become quite superstitous, also just to point out to first timers that generally you will be given so many gifts when lo arrives you really don't need to spend a great deal of money (its fine if you want to) but we were overwhelemed with everyones generositiy. 

I was plannin on gettin uni-sex stuff until we have gender scan, then the colours , this is our 1st so we'v got nothing fun fun fun for my spending =)

With ds we decided to buy a cuddly toy after 12 week scan & then a pair of shoes after 20 week scan when we knew pink or blue. We will probably be the same this time although if this ones pink god help my credit card as I will be off to the shops. If it's blue I have been very frugal/sensible & kept most of ds's stuff.

next week ( friday) ill be 12 weeks so since its also payday i guess ill buy a few outfits =)
