    Aw hun...you poor thing - you expect these problems to ease once your baby has arrived...  at the Phyiso tomorrow - hopefully they will be able to help with a long term solution for you xx

    Hardly been on these last two weeks since baby born, as I mentioned before my SPD worsened since given birth due to a difficult presentation and the McRoberts procedure done, had problems getting GP's to take action, in the end midwife when she signed me off has set me up an appointment.  I can hardly walk, can only get downstairs once a day at the beginning and again at night, constant pain, nightmare.  fortunately my little girl is an angel and so well behaved, got physio app on thursday but been told this might be a long term problem now, hoping for better news off physio,
