I hate it when i get caught out in the rain, we laugh at Jack when he is under his rain cover, he is like boy in a bubble.

Hope things go ok at the hospital tomorrow for you, Is it far from you? Did your hubby survive being back at work today, bet he has enjoyed catching up on all the news.

Thats me just not long got Jack off to bed, so its mummy time now, He wouldnt take his bottle at 7, but cant complain he did have 6oz at 5. I had to wake him for to get his wash, dress him and then he has just gone back down to sleep. I think he will be up again about half 9, 10 though once he realised he missed a bottle  Trying to keep him with going to bed at half 7 so he gets used to it.

Good luck with Duncan at the hospital tomorrow, hope it al goes well, and you have a nice day with your mum and dad. Not too sure what im u too tomorrow yet, Oh is working, if its nice i may go a walk, but knowing my luck it will be wet as per usual.

Well im off, to jump in the shower now and give myself a pampering. then its run about and try and get someone housework done, before i have to head to bed.

hey hun don't worry about that last it we are all bad for sharing TMI on this forum lol, we finally got him down and hubby gave me a foot rub one thing led to another

walk was great except on way back home the heavens opened and me and dh were soaked when we got home, duncan was under his rain cover lucky thing.

i hate when duncan has hiccups they sound so sore, but i know if they were hurting him he would cry.

i have hospital appointment tomorrow for duncan when he was born his right foot was at a weird angle, he had a hip scan and we were told it was probably the way he was in the womb, so we have a follow up scan tomorrow, sure it will be ok, his foot looks like it is the normal postion again probably go spend some time with my mum and dad afterwards as they are taking me to the hospital,

hope everything is ok with you

    xx

glad all went well babes. you have a nice long bath tonight, you deserve it.  I get mine at 8pm at night. its great to just li back and relax, i got Jack here in my arms at the mo as he has got very loud hicups and his whole body goes its a wee shame, every now and again we get a hiccup and a fart at the same time, bless him, windy from both ends

enjoy your walk to get your hubby, i had a nice walk yesterday, couldnt walk to shops to day its far to wet. We did have a good time at the shops though , even managed to get some sexy new undies, albeit i went for an all in one suspender set, instead of the usual bra and pants, still not very keen on showing the stretch marks and baby belly just yet, so this should keep the bits under wraps. Now need to ry it out and see if it works, not had sex all year and im champing at the bit, and now im thinking you didnt really want to know that

hey sam hun hope your day is going ok,

we managed to get to baby clinic on time, he is now 10lb 1.5oz he had a cat nap while in tesco picking up a few things, got out tesco and the tears started as he was hungry, he cried all the way home got him fed at about 1.15pm and he has just gone to sleep now, during that time i was so hungry i thought i would pass out, so had to put him down for 5 mins to make a sandwich which i had to eat one handed.

he is now in his buggy cos i think we will head out in about 30 mins to go meet daddy from work, that will be a nice surprise and hopefully the movement of the buggy will keep duncan asleep.

ian called me to find out how we got on at the clinic, i got the whole now you are in the house on your own watch for PND here are some classes, it will be good to talk to other mums, i explained to HV i meet my antenatal girls once a week and i have mums from all over the country online i can speak to lol

i bought myself some bubble bath today at tesco, what do you think my chances are of having a long hot bath tonight

well all ready to leave the house, Jack had his hissy fit but told him mummy was going to buy some sexy knickers and bras, as fed up being in my old granny hip huggers. Funny how he seems to have calmed down now, Think its the prospect of a bit of time in La Senza naughty boy

Chat to you all later on girls and hope your days all go well,.

Oh bless, he will be sad he is missing out, I got the HV again on Wednesday, she comes to the house, she wants to check Jacks weight as he only put on 2.5oz last week, the week before he put on 11oz, so really in the fortnight it kind of balances itself out, but she wants to check anyway, im not really worried about it though, well maybe if he aint put much on again this week. I changed Jackfrom BF to FF too, this was when he was a week old as i just wasnt happy BF and he was so hungry and i was in so much pain with it.

He is so much happier now and sleeps greatgets bathed and bed at half 7 every night, then its mummy time and he is up only twice during night, so cant complain.

Thats good you get to go to the clinic i wish we had one like that, we just have the HV come to the house, Im sure i will get my 6 weeks check up appointment soon, as thats Jack 5 weeks today.

    thanks hun

it's not 6 weeks check up yet that isn't till 9th oct, well thats when my app is,

we go to the baby clinic every monday to get him weighed, and there is a HV to anwer any questions etc. they don't expect you to go every week but for now i prefer it just to keep an eye on things esp since last week we changed to FF from BF and the clinic is on hols next week.

ian has already emailed me and phoned me, and made me promise to text with how we get on at the clnic today,

Good luck babes, im sure you will be fine. Im getting used to gettingJack ready on my own and then we head down to Oh house, He has a wee strop everytime he has to go in his car chair but once he is in and lifted he is good as gold. Oh didnt believe me that Jack had a hissy fit everytime we went out, Made him come to here before we went out one day , just to show him and now he believes me. Think its Jacks way of trying to get out the shopping

Hope things go well at the baby clinic, is that just seeing the HV, im sure Duncan was born after Jack so it wont be your 6 week check up, I may be wrong.

Have a good day and im sure Duncan will be a good wee boy for mummy today.

well ian went to work this moring he dragged himself out the house at 7am, he has been off for 4 weeks he cried and i cried this morning while he was saying goodbye to duncan.

so far duncan has been asleep i put him down just after ian left, so it has been easy, my living room is tidyish, not clean but tidy,

i have baby clinic today, so have to get us both ready and out the door on my own, 4 weeks of having ian there to help today is going to be a major shock to the system

    xx
