I'm Gill & i'm from Perth although been told i will prob have to have bubba in ninewells so he/she will be a wee dundonian haha
5th pregnancy, had 1 miscarry n will be my 4th baby (shock at 41 as thot was goin thru early change) lol am 10wks, had 2 early scans & just got my 12wk scan today, my partner was buzzin as his 1st scan he ever been to haha

Hi, can u not get Nuchal Scan at Paisley? We cant get them here in Argyll so we get sent up to Paisley...got mine in 2 weeks.

Hi I'm from glasgow and 9weeks with baby number 3 ( last one) I wouldnt worry about not getting the nauchal scan, babies are a gift and there is no point worrying before they are even here, they are after all made by us so perfect in their own way! Congratations everyone! X -

Hi there last time i joined bounty i was in the due in july 10 post im 28 and from motherwell i live with my bf and ds whos 18mths, im 12nhalf weeks and get my scan next wed.....im as excited this time as i was the last canny wait to meet this little bundle

God that sounds awful Jodi! Luckily I had a textbook water birth last time and we were all fine, no stiches needed or anything, but for some reason am filled with doom at the thought of it again.

i had my 1st at royal infermary edinburgh thou a few mistakes were made i was ill
they had my pushing at 5cm dilated after that my sons heart rate dropped with contractions i ened up in so much pain my partner had to hole me down for the epidural then the sudated me to try and get oxygen to the baby he pooped in me infected the fluid and swollowed some so emergency c-section was needed he was born not breathing with a very swollen head after 5 mins of trying he started to breath was in a incubtor for 2 days and speacil care for 4 days my temp jusy wouldnt stay normal so i had a ultrasoud 5 days after having my LO to see fluid left behind so i took realli ill 1 week after having my baby had to be re-opend on same scar to drain the fluid finally when he was 15 days i i was allowed home as infection had gone and temp was finally noral but still had 2 weeks of antibiotics to take it was awful my OH got so depressed as he thought he was gonna lose us both . i realli hope for a VBAC this time bk at the royal infermary and my OH is gonna be so on the mark to make sure nothing like this happens again -

Hello!! Am not really sure properly how far I am yet, as dates a bit sketchy due to falling pg immediately after getting my implanon out! Talk about efficient! lol My scan's not until the 30th of this month though which is a bit rubbish. We're now being offered the NT scan in Dundee, which is new from last time, when they just did the blood test. Had a bit of yellowy brown discharge yesterday after some cramps but it was literally a tiny amount. Hope that's it though. If it gets any worse think I will have to call someone. Shattered all the time though

I joined Bounty last time I was pg (DIF09) and there was a small group of us who were North of the border. I just wondered how many we have this time?
I'm Jane, I live in Dundee with my DH and DD who will be 3 this Feb. Be nice to hear from some others relatively close by!
