Hi gatecrashing from due in June i am now 21weeks and still struggling with my appetite. I find the best thing is to still only eat what i fancy and little and often. On the plus side my weight is staying on track! -

Best thing you could do is eat dry foods with little smell, even though it can be boring lol. Give it time for bump to show my pregnancies have all varied xx

I'm 13 weeks with hardly an appetite. Nausea is getting a tad better but I just dont fancy eating much and the smell of some foods still gross me out. Im not showinf a bump at all,its hard to believe 6cm nub is in me. help!

Hi Mummy to be, I am exactly the same and I am really sick ontop of it. I had to pull the car over the other morning to be sick, it horrendous. At the minute its feels like I will never get me appetite back or feel normal again but I am sure we all will. Its just a long hard slog till its all over!
